Ally Stacher is a professional cyclist with Specialized-Lululemon. She's a support rider who does everything she possibly can do to help her team succeed. Stacher
inherited a love of homemade juicing from her aunt, who bought her a Jack LaLanne juicer during her sophomore year of college. “I was instantly hooked,” she says. “My roommate and I started juicing like crazy.”
It’s a habit that Stacher continues today—even while on the road. “I was traveling with a little Omega juicer,” she says. “It was perfect—it fit into my backpack so I never had to put it in my checked bag. Then the travel got to it and it died on me. It was an incredibly sad day. I now travel with a Breville juicer my teammate bought me for my birthday. It’s pretty easy to lug around. I will say, though, when you go through security with a juicer in your backpack it tends to set off the alarm.”
Stacher claims to be a frugal juicer—“I don’t do too many add-ins…the occasional wheat grass, but that’s about it.”—but admits to being crazy for beets. And for good reason: Research show that drinking beetroot juice can boost a cyclist’s endurance. In one study, volunteers were able to ride about a minute and a half longer compared to when they drank a placebo. Ninety-two seconds may not seem like a lot, but in the world of professional cycling, it’s more than enough to separate the winners from the losers.
I was taught to respect authority as child, Even if the teacher was mean and my aunts and uncles smoked, drank and cussed, I still had to be respectful! What do you see in public today? I don't think we teach our youth the meaning of respect. If we go back to the Olden Days things would be a lot different! Our youth need us to show them the right way to speak and the right way to live! Let's give them a chance at hope by being good examples and teaching them that authority is to be respected even when we fill the authority figure is less than perfect!

Garrick Demond Husbands (born January 31, 1975), better known by the stage name Numskull. He is half of the Oakland duoThe Luniz, a platinum-selling rap duo from Oakland, California formed by rappers Yukmouth and Numskull.
At 18 years old he got his first big break in the industry, by appearing on Dru Down's Fools From the Streets LP. A video was shot for the anthem "Ice Cream Man", and the result was a major deal with Sony for Dru Down and a major deal with Virgin for the Luniz.
In 1995, The Luniz released their first album "Operation Stackola". It would go on to be certified platinum internationally thanks to the anthem "I Got 5 On It", which received multinational platinum awards in addition to the album it stemmed from. This launched The Luniz into super stardom and appearances on Oprah and Quincy Jones's Grammy-winning album "Q's Jook Joint" followed.
"Lunitik Muzik" followed in 1997 to great critical acclaim, peaking at number 34 on the Billboard 200. It sold roughly 500,000 copies and boasted appearances from Redman, Too Short, and E-40, among others. The most recent Luniz album to hit stores in 2002, titled "Silver & Black" which included C-Bo, Fat Joe and Devin the Dude. Due to record industry politics, and bootlegging, the album achieved modest success, reaching number 53 on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Chart.
Numskull has released 1 album to date outside of the Luniz in June 2007 called “Numworld”, and a collaboration album with Clee of Digital Underground entitled Good Laaaawd That's a Lot of Drank released independently in 2000. He has also appeared at a few Digital Underground shows the past few years.

1Ki 17:1 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the sojourners of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As Jehovah, the God of Israel, liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
1Ki 17:2 And the word of Jehovah came unto him, saying,
1Ki 17:3 Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan.
1Ki 17:4 And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.
1Ki 17:5 So he went and did according unto the word of Jehovah; for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan.
1Ki 17:6 And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.
Don Feeney is "a retired United States Diplomat and United States Air Force officer. He has a Masters of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California, and teaches graduate school part-time. Don lives with his wife Andi, and their cat, Kismet, in Indian Harbor Beach, Fla." Don Feeney is that author of Gathering No Moss: Memoir of a Reluctant World Traveler.
According to the book description of Gathering No Moss: Memoir of a Reluctant World Traveler, "Don Feeney has seen it all. As a diplomat working for the United States, he served in embassies and consulates around the world. As an air force officer, he had some daring exploits of varying levels of sanity and sophistication. He's lived, worked, and played in more than fifty countries on five continents. In his memoir Gathering No Moss, Feeney recalls his three-decade trip down the wild, weird, and surprising journeys of his life. A somewhat reluctant traveler, he conveys the heavy burden of loneliness on the road while driven by the search for meaning, spirituality, and love. His life has been one of thought-provoking questions, highly charged emotional situations, and brushes with both greatness and tragedy. He's been an airman, an officer, an instructor, a commander, an administrator, a trainer, a consular officer, a manager, and a diplomat. He's sold paintings on a street corner, washed dishes, worked in a paper mill, flipped hamburgers, painted houses, and tended bar. He smoked pot, drank too much, and fell in (and out) of love (including four marriages). He went AWOL, was shot at three times, survived a brain aneurysm, and beat colon cancer. His mantra- "The more you know, the more you don't know sh*t" or TMYKTMYDKS-reminds us all that the human mind will never let you understand the human mind."
