Psychologist Dr. E. Douglass Brown will join us as our special guest speaker on this re-broadcast show by popular demand. Re: the topic today he says, "It is just as important to clean up after a storm as it is to learn how to endure a storm. Imagine what a neighborhood looks like after a storm if no one cleans up. Storm after storm, debris and wreckage just pile up. This scenario is liken to what happens when a child never or rarely sees individuals in arguments and conflicts reconcile with each other. There is no closure - no return to a sense that the world is both safe and caring. The child - now an adult - experiences repeated disagreements and disappointments, and is shackled to the view that his or her cynical negative feelings are just being "realistic" about life.

I feel at the bottom of the pole and I cannot tell anyone! What can i do?

“Piracy is typically an act of robbery or criminal violence at sea. The term can include acts committed on land, in the air, or in other major bodies of water or on a shore. It does not normally include crimes committed against people traveling on the same vessel as the perpetrator (e.g. one passenger stealing from others on the same vessel). The term has been used throughout history to refer to raids across land borders by non-state agents.”
“Piracy or pirating is the name of a specific crime under customary international law and also the name of a number of crimes under the municipal law of a number of states. It is distinguished from privateering, which is authorized by national authorities and therefore a legitimate form of war-like activity by non-state actors. Privateering is considered commerce raiding, and was outlawed by the Peace of Westphalia (1648) for signatories to those treaties.”
“Those who engage in acts of piracy are called pirates. In the 21st century, the international community is facing many problems in bringing pirates to justice.” ~ Courtesy of Wikipedia.org

The gallbladder is a small organ located under the liver and serves an important digestive function. It acts as a reservoir for bile which breaks down fats much in the same way soap breaks down grease when you wash your dishes.
This small organ may seem insignificant and many are recommended to have it removed (even when not necessary), yet your gallbladder was put there for a reason. Yes, you can live without it BUT your body will function less than optimally and you will have digestive concerns for the rest of your life.
Gallbladder operation, or laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is the most common operation in North America. Every year, more than half a million people in the United States and more than 50,000 people in Canada undergo surgery to remove their gallbladders because of gallstones. Many of these surgeries are unnecessary.
In this episode, Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living, will share with you why it is important that you do everything you can to keep your gallbladder and what things you must do if you have already had it removed. Some of the things he will cover are:
The Structure & Function Of The Gallbladder
What Is Bile & Why Do We Need It?
Symptoms Of Gallbladder Stress
Gallstones - Where Do They Come From?
How To Avoid Gallbladder Attacks
The Gallbladder Flush
5 Tips If You Have Had Your Gallbladder Removed
… and, as usual, much, much more!
So be sure to tune into 30 minutes of green wisdom!
Meanwhile, be sure to check out www.WeiserLiving.com for more articles, videos, recipes, products and more!
