Hard hitting, NEVER scripted! The often immitated/never duplicated Guerrilla Radio is a gritty, in your face expose of modern politics and current events. The perfect show for those who question everything as we have guests on BOTH sides of the spectrum. Join us for our round table discussions every Wednesday. You may hear from a dozen people, or only two....but what you will not hear is a boring, canned, scripted show. You never know what will happen on Guerrilla Radio!

You can e-mail questions in advance to StaceyMorris345@yahoo.com . Time doesn't always allow for all questions to be answered, but we do our best.
Yolanda M. Smothers is a native Floridian, married mother of two. She has been writing since her youth and was inspired to write when she dedicated herself to walking with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, after encountering several heartaches, setbacks and trials in life; but credits her overcoming and triumph to writing what she feels that God has purposed for her to do in life - WRITE! She loves to encourage mainly women, but people in general, of the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
When you read her book(s), you will see how she does not mind sharing her life mistakes, heartaches and triumphs - all to encourage you. And while she encourages you - she will also be encouraging herself.
To her credit and efforts she has four books that she has penned: “Giving It To You Blood Raw - Nothing But The Blood” (which is a book about her life and a word of encouragement to the reader). “Illegally Blessed” (is a word of inspiration to all people searching for their purpose and seeking God’s face). “TBN and Mega Churches” (an open topic and forum for discussing the views of the current church). Lastly “Plus Size Girlz Gone Wild!!!” (An ode to plus size women but is a great read for all women alike).

Singer/songwriter/actor Keith Robinson was born in Kentucky, where he discovered his love of the arts at a young age. Singing took center stage in high school in Augusta, Georgia, and he was signed to a contract while attending the University of Georgia. Robinson was picked up by Motown Records and went on to perform with several top artists.
To put his career in high gear, Robinson decided to make a transition and move out to Los Angeles to further his singing career and try his hand at his other love, acting. His very first audition landed him the role of Joel Rawlings, the Green Ranger.
Keith was featured in the role of C.C. White, in the Hit "Dreamgirls", opposite Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé Knowles, Eddie Murphy, Danny Glover, Jennifer Hudson, Anika Noni Rose, and Sharon Leal in Bill Condon's Academy Award-winning film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical. His most recent feature film is the holiday-themed "This Christmas", where he is part of an ensemble cast that also includes Loretta Devine, Delroy Lindo, Idris Elba, Regina King and Chris Brown.
And August 1, 2014, Keith will be apart of the long awaited James Brown biopic, "Get On Up". Keith will be playing the role of Baby Roy, an original member of James Brown’s band. When Robinson is not on set, he's in the recording studio working on his album and music for major motion pictures and television. And check out his cd "Same Rules". https://www.facebook.com/keithrobinsonmedia/info
Nosso Lar (Portuguese for “Our Home”) is the name of the spirit colony that Andre Luiz describes in this first book of his collection. In this vibrant narrative, the author offers us his observations and discoveries regarding life in the spirit world, acting as a sort of reporter who records his own experiences. It reveals a pulsating world full of life and activity organized in exemplary fashion, and where discarnate spirits go through steps of recovery and spiritual education supervised by high order spirits. Nosso Lar enables us to see beforehand the spirit world that awaits us when we abandon the corporeal body through physical death."

Literally "Costume Play." Dressing up and pretending to be a fictional character (usually a sci-fi, comic book, or anime character).
(usage) There are anime cosplay conventions around the world.
“Costumes are not consent. It’s a phrase you may be hearing a lot lately, and one we need to keep talking about. In the past few weeks, the internet has exploded with women speaking up about the treatment we receive at conventions and online. This isn’t a new problem that has suddenly presented itself. The issues have always been there. What is happening now is we finally feel we are allowed to speak up, that doing so will not result in us being ostracized from our community – because we are now acting as a community, a support structure, to create a safe environment for all costumers and convention goers.”

Yes, we are talking about Comic con and the like, and the amount of harassment dished out to women ( and sometimes men) who enjoy dressing up as their favourite character and joining other like minded fans at conventions. Somehow, dressing as your favourite comic book character has been misconstrued as a license for fans to paw and grope these women while treating them like sexual objects.
Today we will be talking to Sam Maggs weekend editor of the online publication themarysue.com about the problems cosplayers face at these conventions, and how we can raise awareness.
Phone lines will be closed for this show, but you are free to call in and listen on (646)716-6583
Going to go over the last few months with the show, what to expect with the show. Will also talk about an few issues that have come up on Twitter on film Topics and why YOU need to read the Hollywood Reporter!
