Doug Franks: Still trying to free Ernestine

    in Politics

    Visit the "FREE ERNESTINE" website.
Doug Franks joins us this evening to discuss the continued efforts to free his mother, Ernestine, from a forced guardianship.
A court date has been set, then reset, just to determine if Ernestine will be allowed future phone calls and visits with her family.
It is now set for 10/1/13
What does Ernestine think when she no longer gets a daily phone call “ringer turned off” from her three sons?  “Do my children care about me anymore”?
The guardian and her attorney operate under the guise of “protecting” Ernestine while they drain her financially and provide sub-standard care.
Her children have no say and she has no say, in her life. She is a prisoner in her own home!

Tony Trupiano: The Voice of the People for Wednesday, March 25, 2015

    in Politics Progressive

On Wednesday, March 25, 2015 joining Tony on The Voice of the People is:

Don’t forget we now have an App for the show.  Just visit Igluradio.com and download it today.

Susan Demas, Editor and Publisher of Inside Michigan Politics and Political columnist with MLive.com shares a surprising IMP poll in the 7th CD and has more than a few words on Aramark and the Republican plan to privatize.
We’ll be Open Lines and talking about Ted Cruz, a crazy situation in the New Hampshire Legislature that is honestly just down-right rude to kids that were just doing a school project, and your calls at 855-381-8795.
Amy Hunter is back and the Planet Fitness story is NOT going away any time soon, or so it seems.  Join us for our weekly LBGTQ chat.
Justin Sutton should have the world by the tail.  His idea for the future and the way we can move people, create transit that is not just futuristic but mind-numbing exciting, and possible RIGHT NOW is being ignored right here.  Why?
State Senator Curtis Hertel checks in with an agenda the Democrats have devised that is based in reality, common sense, Progress vision and kindness, so does it have any chance of finding favor in this GOP dominated government?  We’ll talk!
Doug Cunningham, the voice and anchor of WIN News joins Tony in Detroit for the UAW delegate convention to talk about their new contract demands and what that looks like coming up VERY soon.

You are always welcome to join us on-air by calling 855-381-8795. Find us on Facebook by searching for Tony Trupiano: The Voice of the People and AUNAmerica, and on Twitter @tonytrupiano and @aunamerica.

Danny is going to cover all the activities leading up to Saturdays 3rd Annual 60over Special/Doug Hoffman Memorial event which will serve as the first hand in the 2015 Poker Series.

Next we will have Ryan Smith “The Kunkletown Kid”.  Ryan has recently released the news that he will spend the first month with the All Stars before making a determination about how long he can stay on the road full time. He also has planned to fill in his schedule of approximately 60-to-65 races with local events in Pennsylvania as well as select World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series races on the East Coast. Ryan will get us up to date on this aggressive schedule.
