Lanny Smith will be interviewing me. This is a redo of an earlier interview that was marred with noise - I think from my headphones (I have to quit rolling my chair across my headphone cords).
Leah and Donald discuss some of the current events in the world of Christianity.
Leah Tillock really does join Donald on this episode to talk about witnessing through social networks and other current event topics in the world of Christianity.
I'll be chatting with Lori Marett, co-director with her husband Rodney, of the Gideon Film Festival which will be held in Orlando, Florida this year. Lori will tell us about this years' lineup of workshops and movies. I want to find out more about the change in venue. We'll also talk about Lori's personal activities in the area of screenplays.
The URL for the festival is
Here is an interview I did with Rodney Marett 2 years ago about Gideon. Get the male perspective here.
I'll be chatting with Edward James Portillo, CEO of State of the Art Productions, about his project All Summer Long, which is scheduled to appear on ParablesTV. The team is currently raising funds for this project and you can find the Faith Launcher project at http://www.faithlauncher.com/projects/165-all-summer-long#/ and help them in this effort.
Here is a description of the show:
Original Christain content - All Summer Long is the first Christian teen reality program that highlights the Christian summer camp experience and a sketch comedy team that performs, serves, and mentors young people.
Storytelling - The All Summer Long team is committed to telling rich, engaging, and topical stories that relate directly to the millennial and younger generations. Giving a platform for a sketch comedy team opens the doors to explore elements that promote a Christian worldview to an often resistant audience.
Life outside of the television screen- All Summer Long will have a strong presence on social media, comedy tours, and merchandising. Options help spread the word and give lasting power to this program for years to come.
Don will be discussing and cussing the current fascination with vampires and the fear factor of scary movies and books as well as the occultic influence. Don will reference his book Against the Twilight which attempts to swim upstream against the current of vampire blood.
In a reversal of role, former guest and author, Lanny Smith, is going to interview me concerning the work that God has gotten me involved in, especially the movie we start shooting on Dec 8, Gramps Goes to College.
I'll be chatting with Susan Shearer and Christopher Shawn Shaw about the movie they are working on entitled Familiar Spirits. The move page on Facebook can be found at https://www.facebook.com/FamiliarSpiritsMovie?directed_target_id=0
The link to their fundraising page is http://bit.ly/FamiliarSpirits
