Don't miss this program as the dynamic-duo of Don Allen and Ronald A. Edwards take to the airwaves. There will be no stuttering, mindless pauses or questions that are stupid. We deal in fact.
Minnesota's black leadership caste is in trouble. While elected officials put together the "game plan" for the black community, poverty pimps, huslters and clergy continue to look for that all mighty dollar bill at the sake of community progress.
Progress of teh American people is sthreatened each day. Martin Luther King Jr. died to bring a halt to teh separation. The repeated examples of injustice, and killing, even by police officers against unarmed Black men and women. Many murders are being carried out and called suicide after a limited investigation. Suicide in the household, disregards the many reasons a person would want to live. The Don S. McClure Show- Having a Winning Personality, In Love, Business, and Friendship.
One of the most key factors in being successful in any area is your personality, and no matter if it is in your personal relationships, for love and desire, or business and trade, or even friendship and personal with your siblings, children, parents, or your best and closes friends.
That spark that makes everyone or almost everyone want to be around you is important.
Think about that favorite actor or actress that you watch in a film and you say to yourself, I like him or her. Or that business leader that you admire who they react to the public and how they explain how much respect they have for their parents or associates who helped them make it or he causes the champion just because. And think about the personality of the Presidents, whether it’s President Bill Clinton, or President Barack Obama, or even the first lady Michelle, and Nelson Mandela, or Julius Nyerere.
Your winning personality can take you far in business and in love and it does no matter if you are introverted or extroverted.
The question is can you become a forced “EXTROVERT” and are their such personalities?
The Don S. McClure Show Live Conversations - Between Friends, family & Lovers.
Each day a conversation will arrive between possibly your closes friends, your lover or mate, and there will come some days you will discuss your personal feelings with a family member you feel close too such as a parent, or older brother or sister and maybe even a younger sibling.
The conversations will vary from the events in your day to your expectations of what things will go in your day, your week and even your future plans for the month. Then there will be those private conversations about your dreams, your ambitions, your health, your feelings and your love life.
Each of these will become of great significance in your mind, your heart and your decisions. The most important question you will be faced with is; what details do you revel on an honest level and will you make any decision based on these conversations.
But what will be so vital in all of these places you seek confirmation or affirmation will be, have you had an honest conversation with yourself before you have a conversation with any one else.

The Don S. McClure Show-Believing In Yourself
Our show: Tonight’s Topic: Believing in yourself.
You would think anyone who is past the age of 42 would believe in them selves a lot greater then when they were 32, but the truth of this issue is that most people find many ways on a daily bases not to believe in themselves and the power they have over their own life. They the movies like the Ernie Davis Story a young man who fights with all his heart to stay alive and complete his dream of playing Football besides Jim Brown on the Cleveland Brown team and yet loses his fight to Leukemia at the age of 23. And we see many other stories of courage and commitment and yet we still have doubt placed in our mind about our self-worth. We know in our heart it is right to believe in what we dream.
But we continue to fall short when we receive the first letter of rejection, or the first failed relationship.
The real question is what will it take for you to believe in your self.
