Oh, there was another Envy McKee Show Pop Up Talk Show. Oh,yes. There was. We covered "two" things:
1) Don Lemon. Ugh. The fuckery that happens to be respectability politics.Charles Barkley speaking about how "unintelligence and unintelligent Black people be hating on successful Black people" to a white talk show host. Why a "light-skinned" "light-eyed" Black woman who also happens to be Republican thinks Black people are RACIST against her for her "lightness". No, not Stacy Dash. Oh, and why Van Jones was probably not thee best person to come to the conversation's defense.
2) Then we capped up with wealth consciousness-- If you haven't yet read A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi, you can read it now by going here. For Freeeeeeeeeeee! http://digitalbankroll.com/go/happypocket/ahappypocketfullofmoney.pdf <~~ Spread the word. Blam!
Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils Lemon and Lavender have so many versatile uses that this show could actually be two hours long, but we are going to share with you the magic in a condensed version so you will have plenty of time to order these inexpensive and remarkable oils that can do more than you can possibly imagine. Make sure you have pen and paper with you to write down all the things they can do.

GO STAND UPON THE ROCK (2014) is a deeply moving Civil War-era novel based on stories handed down by Sam Lemon's grandmother about the lives of her grandparents who were once runaway slaves from Virginia. It is a tale of unsettling plantation life, courageous women, dramatic Civil War battles, heroes, hoodoo, and the indomitable strength of the human spirit. The book is supported by historical and genealogical research, photographs, and documents from his doctoral dissertation. This is a compelling and emotionally engaging history that comes alive through the lives of real people and events.
Dr. Sam Lemon grew up in Media, Pennsylvania, where his maternal great-great grandparents arrived as runaway slaves during the Civil War. Given refuge and support by local Quakers, his ancestors prospered and became prominent members of the community. He is currently an assistant professor and the director of a graduate program at Neumann University in Pennsylvania, and formerly worked in the fields of social services, education, and public television at WHYY in Philadelphia.

Immigration reform is not about Blacks and Latinos. Immigration reform includes people from countries all over the world and it is about citizenship. Immigration reform is necessary not just because people have crossed into United States illegally or are here undocumented. Immigration reform is necessary because we are a country of immigrants. Immigration reform is necessary because without it employers will continue to exploit workingclass citizens and non-citizens. A pathway to citizenship is for the good of all America. Right now, our broken immigration system benefits only the 1% and those who are the puppets of the 1%. Black unemployment and citizenship for the illegal and the undocumented are not a rivalry issue about immigration. We all immigrated here except for Native Indians and stolen Africans. And every since Africans were freed from slavery, unemployment has been high for African Americans. Self-employment kept African Americans living. Self-employment became part of the black code law that put African Americans at the mercy of slave wages. So there is nothing new in 2014 about Black unemployment. Unemployment for Blacks has always been higher than unemployment for any other groups of Americans. Pre-President Obama, Blacks experienced first fired last hired. Had it not been for family/communitiy way of life over the decades, and creativity that has been handed from one generation to the the next, where would Black families be today?
Highest unemployment is the norm in Black communities and for Black Americans
Poor living conditions reflected in shelter and transportation means
Consumption of foods not for nutrition value but based on value of available funds
High imprisonment for lessor offenses
No protection under the law for hangings and rape at will

The GOP is fighting to come up with a way to bring the President down without shutting the Government down. Immigration is a program that is against the leaning of the GOP.
