Most would answer with the name of the Company they work for or with their Title of a business that they own. The Trute is, whatver the Name and or Title, that really is not the truthful answer.
The answer lies in WHO DO YOU OWE? that is the true Employer. our Mortgage and or Rental Company, our Vehicle Loan Company, Our Credit Card Companies (or should I say) Credit Card INTEREST Company. . that is the True Employer, We Owe and Off to Work we Go.
For our Journey. . it is time to Pave a Trail. . it is time for a Road Map!
Why do I have to go to work? Am I bad or lazy because I don't want to go to a job everyday? Even if I suck it up and go to a job everyday? In American society, working is good and not working is bad. Who's to Blame?
Do we just work for the money? Living cost money you know. Do we work out of our love for flipping burgers, typing or debating? Or could the blame lie deeper in history?

Let us take a look at why people do break up their marriages and marry again. How are we to respond to this and deal with it in the life of the Church? The fact that divorce was permitted in both Testaments, as we shall see, indicates that people failed to live up to the revealed will of God. And the permitting of divorce did not in any way bring with it the approval and blessing of God. Rather, those whose marriages failed had to find spiritual restoration and healing before they could move forward in their walk with God. It would be foolish to enter a second marriage without trying to sort out and deal with what went wrong in the first. Are there days when you don’t want to go to work simply because you don’t want to deal with some difficult person who works there? Do you get agitated when you pull into the parking lot and see “his car?” Do you feel if this person would just go away, your job would be a lot easier? But, that person happens to be your boss or a relative of your boss and he isn’t going anywhere! What can you do about that?
Join host, Judi Moreo, author of “You Are More Than Enough” and guest, Courtney Elizabeth Anderson, the Workplace Relationship Expert, as they explore how you can practice the “Joyful Art of Business,” and look at ways to combine the positive benefits of our professional endeavors (“business”) with the overall return on our efforts (“joy”). Work should not be a chore. The act of engaging in professional endeavors, in any capacity (i.e., as an employee employer, entrepreneur, contractor, volunteer, paid, full time, part time, intermittently, etc.) is an expression of our ideas and creative endeavors (“art”).
You don’t want to let the negative actions and behaviors of others steal your joy. By understanding that many people lack confidence and are unhappy which affects the way they behave, and by boosting our own self-confidence, we can improve our relationships. “When people are confident, when they think they are good at something, regardless of how good they actually are, they display a lot of confident nonverbal and verbal behavior. When they are faking confidence is usually when the difficult behavior arises.” Anderson believes that truly confident people don’t alienate others. Listen in and learn how you can boost your confidence and deal with those who are currently making your life miserable.
