I say to you the most important thing you must do for yourself is to reestablish the value /love you have for just you. You have heard me say from day one that Self is Necessary. You must learn that the more value you place on the choices that you make for your heart, the greater love will spill from your heart, and it is that over flow of joy and happiness that others around you will feel. You must never allow your chalice be depleted otherwise your over flow, that touches those people around you, is diminished and they never feel that you love them and are giving them everything you have.

One of your biggest competitive advantages is knowing yourself. The more you are able to understand yourself, the better equipped you are to deal with issues and problems on a daily basis, especially those that take you out of your comfort zone. Self-knowledge allows you to change any of your own inhibiting actions and unleash your creative abilities.
Personal growth can be difficult. it requires us to evaluate where we are and whether or not things are working in our lives. If they aren't working, we need to change. And, managing change can be stressful whether we instigated it or it has been created by an external force. Being cognizant of this and strategically planning the change for personal growth are both critical factors to a successful outcome.
Most human beings are uncomfortable with uncertainty. They resist change. They insist on doing things the old way. When this happens, it can produce stagnation and limit growth. People often resist anything that requires effort. Given the choice of doing something that requires little effort or doing something that is difficult, most people opt for the easy.
What about you? Do you make the practice of self-evaluation a habit? It's surprising that only a small percentage of people actually self-evaluate. You can greatly improve your effectiveness when you know yourself. Have you changed? Are you trying to be the way you've always been? Or, are you looking for new and different ways to do things.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she explores ways you can get to know yourself better and things you can do to make your life even better than it already is.

Why do we do self-defeating things like eat an entire sleeve of cookies when we are supposed to be on a diet? Or run up charges on our credit cards when we’re already struggling to make the minimum payment? Or act out in ways that sabotage our relationships?
Taming Your Outer Child: Overcoming Self-Sabotage and Healing from Abandonment psychotherapist and author Susan Anderson says that these self-sabotaging behaviors come from an aspect of our personalities that most people aren’t consciously aware of — their Outer Child.
This week we covered respect, we covered being in the moment, yet what happens before we get to respect, to understanding ourselves, we live in self accounting, what can you do today, this moment to starting the building of your life from this day forward? It is an open ended question simply because life is open ended. How do you start, how do you live, how do you stay in a place that grows your soul when you feel like you feel like, not today....I just recieved mail from a very strong soul, who feels like there is no light. How can we see light in the worst of what we face, and in the best the life shows us? Self love is Iron Clad, how do you know when you truly understand loving your very own soul?
