Did you know There's a U.S. district court judge in Alabama who was arrested in August after his wife called 9-1-1 crying and being audibly beaten by her husband? The police report says the good judge blodied the woman's face and legs and dragged her around the room by her hair. On top of that, his first wife reports he did much the same to her during their marriage. So what's happening? What happens much too often in these cases: he took a plea deal that requires him to see a counsellor once a week for 24 weeks and the whole thing disappears from his record. The community wants him out. The fact is, this man was appointed a judge for life and unless he resigns or is impeached by the U.S. congress, he will still be on the bench hearing cases involving domestic violence and other crimes. And he will sit in judgement of others while his own messy background goes away. Huh?
That's right, no jail time, no conviction, even, eventually, no record of arrest. Is this a guy you want to stand before in a court of law?

Seems Mark Ericks the county exec's aide & Daniel Christman the new coronor head honcho are ganging up on Dave Somers, & Lovick does what he always does~ Nothing. They get tax-payer money to have a former Supreme Court Judge legally explain how it was that E & C did nothing wrong by thtreatening to kill & write out a death certificate for Dave Somers. Two former law enforcement officers with questionable pasts
But that's not all folks!
Seems John Pennington used records that the county claimed they didn't have that Anne Block requested to try to file a restraining order against her, they also included their harassment of her via her twitter account & they correlate with every time it was posted about in the Sky Valley Chronicle! Too late to take them donw now since we have screenshots. So basically they just provided proof of around 5 different crimes for Ms Block to use in her lawsuit
Seems Judge Jones really is making himself a party to all of this, sadly enough this man was man was my hero...
Whether it's something as simple as a traffic violation or and offense that may carry serious jail time or if you're suing someone as the plaintiff, waiting to go to court isa stressful thing because you never really know how it's gonna turn out.
Ever been in this position? Most people have by the time theyr each adulthood.
A sad time in our History, when our last stand of defense, The US Supreme Court, rules against Freedom and the Constitution.

Illinois orders for child support do not cover every expense that your child will incur. How can that be? What if I have my checks garnished each and every time, why and how could I be expected to pay more? People have to be very careful about this and expectations need to be calibrated to be in tune with the Illinois Courts. This podcast will detail how the judges in Illinois go about making decisions into what expenses the non-custodial parent will have to make in addition to child support. Attorney Pequeno will describe what sorts of debts may be incurred and how the court determines amounts that have to be paid for this.
