Do we need a Fitness Center? Other Options.
Fitness Center or Club - encouraged by other attendiing members. To find the Fitness Center or Club that suits you best, check them out first. Look through the Yellow Pages, or go online and search for Fitness Centers or Fitness Clubs within 5 miles from you, so you can make a commitment to go daily, it's not too far for you and you can say: "No more excuses".
Most Fitness Clubs have a 3 - 7 day pass to try out the Club for free. Take advantage of this, so you will then commit to exercise daily.
If you do now want to pay membership anywhere, there are other options for you. You can either work out at home with the TV exercise programs, or use a DVD, CD, or go for a brisk walk to raise your Heart Rate.
I personally love to go to Curves, less than 100 yards from where I live M - F, and weekends to LA Fitness with my husband, less than 3 miles from the house. Just recently I attended a wonderful 3-day Seminar, followed by a day of coaching and friving. Results: stiff, achy, breathless

Menu planning is a great way to make sure you're eating a balanced diet and meeting your nutritional needs. And, as every frugal cook knows, menu planning can save you time and money.
Benefits of menu planning
You can have a big impact on your health — and your budget — just by eating at home more often. With menu planning you know what your meals will look like and what you need to buy. That makes grocery shopping more efficient and cuts down on unplanned trips to buy one or two items. And with a grocery list in hand — a byproduct of good menu planning — it's easier to resist impulse purchases.
Menu planning doesn't have to be complicated. To get started, jot down some of your favorite meals. Cooking for a family? Ask them to suggest menu ideas, too. For more inspiration, flip through cookbooks or check out recipe websites. You can even find sample menus and menu-planning apps online.

It's Monday, and it's also a holiday in the U.S., and that's got me musing about bodyweight and career success. What is a successful weight? Tooo often it has very little to do with health. Even worse, weight discrimination starts with being less than 15 pounds overweight for women according to BMI. As a fitness studio owner and food writer, I know that we need to be aware of forces that may be driving us to diet and exercise, especailly if those forces are pushing us into unhealthy behaviors and lowered self esteem.

Making large purchases like buying a home or a car can be a hugh challenge for a first time buyer and even a second time buyer. Every time you sign a contract to make a large purchase you must know your responsibilities to fulfill that financial obligation. Every day unsuspecting consumers sign contracts for large purchases that will require payments as stated on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. Not making the payment will be an issue.
