The Music Of Don Deigo for the Holiday.
In this episode of The Red Light Sports Rant, presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec stay away from a rant, and turn their attention to week 17, of the NFL. There are four divsion titles on the line. We start in the AFC, the Sunday night game, is for all the marbles, in the AFC North. The Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers will battle to see who will host a playoff game. Both teams have clinched a playoff berth with 10 wins. Although, all other divisions are claimed, the AFC still has one playoff sport remaining. Currently, the San Diego Chargers control their own destiny. A Chargers win over Kansas City Chiefs, will put them in the playoffs. A Chargers loss, could open the door for the Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, or Kansas City Chiefs.
All of the NFC playoff berths are locked. However, there are three division titles on the line. The high powered NFC South (Ok, just a bit sarcastic) has the Atlanta Falcons (6-9) battling the Carolina Panthers (6-8-1). A team under .500 will host a first round playoff game, next weekend. The NFC West has the two 11-4 teams battling for the Division Title and possible first round bye. The loser of the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks game, will have to go on the road, as a wildcard team. Finally, the NFC North, is in the same situation, the loser of the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers, will travel next weekend.
What games are you most interested in watching? What teams will claim their division title? Listen in or call the show with your thoughts!
If you haven’t before, TODAY is the DAY to tune in to our final “relaxed” Frat House Saturday program with Frat House Mike bringing you some of the fun from this past pre-holiday week on the Frat House Sports Radio Network.
Jim Williams sounds off BIG TIME on the Philadelphia Eagles right at the start of Wednesday’s Inside the War Nest program . . . before bringing in their special guest from TheGiantsBeat.com, David Aitken to chat about a meaningless final game against the New York Giants.
There are so many confusing and perhaps ridiculous playoff scenarios floating as we enter the final regular season week of the NFL . . . and we start it off with Frat House Mike and Brandon seemingly keeping it straight on Tuesday’s Red Zone Blitz program chatting about the final Wild Card in the AFC and the ridiculous NFC South!
Finally, we couldn’t close the regular season without another “4 Minutes of Football” starring Rex Ryan, the Thugs-of-the-NFL, and Kurt Warner. And, don’t forget our Picks-of-the-Week with an extra gift in the mix: Cleveland Browns – Baltimore Ravens / Carolina Panthers – Atlanta Falcons / Detroit Lions – Green Bay Packers / St. Louis Rams – Seattle Seahawks / Cincinnati Bengals – Pittsburgh Steelers.
Be sure to be there from the top of the show for FHS's famous Frat House Mike's Saturday Commentary!
Give it a listen and be sure to give Mike a call at 347 – 826 – 9964 . . . because, he’s all by himself, and needs someone to talk to!
Jay and Dre wil try to rally and finish their seasons on a high note, while their annual third party guest picker for Week 17 will try to continue its dominance. They will examine Atlanta and Carolina doing battle in a de facto playoff game for the NFC South title, as well as the Lions and Packers determining the NFC North champ, Pittsburgh hosting Cincinnati on Sunday night to decide the AFC North winner, and San Diego controlling its playoff shot with a win or starting a trickle-down race for the last spot with a loss.

No “holiday” here as The Frat House Gang are bringing you a full post-Christmas program in their 172nd version of The Frat House Sports Show . . . right before the final weekend on the NFL regular season!
And, since we’re talking football . . . let’s take a look at the “State of the NFL QB.” There seems to be a lot of bad ones. Is this a lack of coaching? Schemes too complicated? Or, are young quarterbacks just rushed into the game too soon? What happens next year to Jay Cutler, Brian Hoyer, Colt McCoy, Ryan Mallett, Michael Vick . . . Johnny Football?
Topics then change to the left coast and Roger Goodell’s announcement that there will be no football in L.A next season, and what of Tony Sparano? Should he be the Raiders permanent head coach?
We've got "4 Minutes of Football" . . . AND, the final picks of the season in some of the most important games: Cleveland Browns – Baltimore Ravens / Carolina Panthers – Atlanta Falcons / Detroit Lions – Green Bay Packers / St. Louis Rams – Seattle Seahawks / Cincinnati Bengals – Pittsburgh Steelers.
With all of this and much more coming live, you know you want to listen up and chime in. Jump right in with the guys at 347 - 826 - 9964!

Updates on the NFL Playoff Races
In this episode of The Red Light Sports Ramble, presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec will talk about all of the NFL games, from week 16. This weekend saw all but one playoff spot, be clinched. The San Diego Chargers currently hold the sixth, and final spot, in the AFC. The Baltimore Ravens lost to the Houston Texans, opening the door for the Chargers. The New England Patriots have clinched home field advantage, after the Denver Broncos lost to the Cincinnati Bengals, on Monday Night. The North divisions, in both leagues, will be decided, on Sunday. The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Cincinnatil Bengals, and the Green Bay Packers host the Detroit Lions. The other division title, on the line, is the wooful NFC South. Either the Carolina Panthers, or Atlanta Falcons, will host a playoff game, with a losing record.
Although playoff spots have been clinched, the seeding is still wide open. The Bengals still have the opportunity to receive a first round bye, if they beat the Steelers, and the Broncos lose, to the Raiders. With some help, the Packers could clinch home field advantage throughout the playoffs, with a win and Seattle Seahawks loss, to the St. Louis Rams. Week 17 has some meaningful games, and home field advantage, is on the line. Listen in and call the show, with your thoughts on who is playing well?
