We are excited to talk to Devon Armstrong from Penske Racing about the first race of the 2014 season. We always have a good time talking to him and love hearing his stories. He is the Tire carrier for Ryan Blaney Truck series, The 22 Nationwide car and 95 Cup car. We will take calls.
As North Korea threatens to attack the White House and Chinese President Xi Jingping tells PLA soldiers to prepare for war, Rick talks with renegade economist Martin Armstrong about the historic collision of the business cycle, the war cycle, and the civil unrest and revolution cycle. After 10 years of kickin' rears and drinkin' beers on the Indie Wrestling circuit, Devon has established himself as one tough customer and entertaining wrestler. There will be fall out from his involvement in CZW's Cage of Death 16 (held December 13th), so expect no holding back from The Notorious One!

A star-studded weekend of boxing delivered little in the way of actual oomph, unfortunately. There weren't many thrills or spills, but plenty of chills. But did you expect us to say anything different anyway? From ESPN's "Night of Champions" that featured Antonio Tarver and Austin Trout, to a ho-hum ShoBox between Erislandy Lara and Ishe Smith, to a mediocre Showtime card (surprised?) headlined by Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander dueling with a good-but-depressing HBO card across the street, topped by Tim Bradley vs Diego Chaves, we got it all, baby. James Foley of Bad Left Hook and The Queensberry Rules' Patrick Connor will help you relive every fight, no prisoners taken. Thanks for tuning in!

Amir Khan won a convincing 12-round unanimous decision victory over Devon Alexander in a matchup of two of the fastest welterweights in the world on Saturday in the main event of SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING® from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The impressive victory was nearly a shutout, with Khan winning 119-109, 118-110 and 120-108 to remain undefeated at 147 pounds and extend his winning streak against southpaws to seven.Tim Bradley Jr. returned to the ring tonight and took on rugged Argentine Diego Chaves at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.
A night of controversy continued in the main event as the judges scored the fight 116-112 Chaves, 115-113 Bradley, and 114-114 a split draw. The idea that anyone could give 8 rounds to Chaves is ludicrous especially coming from Julie Lederman one of the best judges in the sport in my opinion.
Bradley looked tremendous to start the fight very sharp with crisp punches. His legs looked great and his defense was on point. He landed flush shots on Chaves, boxing very effectively through the first 3 rounds. Chaves had moments of effectiveness during exchanges.
