Anthony D. Collins and Trent Williams will discuss "Men dealing with depression and learning to trust our intuition."
Trent is the father of two, a son, brother to some, and a friend to many. Ultimately I AM a servant of GOD! I live life to the fullest and I don’t take any one, any moment, or any opportunity for granted. I use my pen to craft words that inspire, empower and motivate others to reach healing, happiness and love. I am a simple man that can be found in positivity and igniting purpose. As an author, talk show host, and columnist, I convey transparency, honesty and hope through my writing.
Anthony D. Collins is the definition of positivity and the embodiment of kinetic energy. That is, his thoughts set in motion truly have the power to bring forth change within. His defining moment came in 2009 at the age of 34, when he realized he was unhappy and sought out to gain his happiness. His testimony touches others and is proof of how someone who once led a dark life can light a spark in others that illuminates lives. His happiness is proof of what a life with energy, selflessness and a spiritual journey can do. Anthony helps people understand life isn’t about rushing to the finish line, but transitioning from one moment to the next with success. “The number one goal in our lives should be obtaining happiness within first. We are no good to anyone or anything if we are not happy,” Anthony says. “Once we are happy there is nothing that we cannot achieve for ourselves or our loved ones.”
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
The premise behind Zuri Speaks is to provide a No-Holds Barred radio show that focuses on empowering Black Men & Women to step up to success in their Families, their Spirituality, their Businesses, and their Communities around the world! Although our main focus is concerning the Black Community, there is no doubt that ALL communities can benefit from this show. We plan to bring a new flavor to radio; a forum that is designed with our listeners in mind.
If you’ve ever fantasized about selling everything you own and paring down your possessions to the bare essentials, you’re probably familiar with minimalism. But it’s about more than just de-cluttering—it’s about getting rid of all clutter, permanently. Minimalism isn’t about empty white rooms with hardly any furniture. It’s about removing all the things that distract us from what’s important in our lives.

On tonight's broadcast Rosie will discuss how to find peace during the chaos that surrounds us all during the stressful times we are experiencing in today's world. The noise created from the constant flow of information traffic has lead most people to experience a sense of restlessness and anxiety especially after the eclipse this week. This has resulted in tremendous feelings of agitation or frustration. Tempers are quick to spark and nerves easily frayed.
Our information dense society will continue to produce more information than we can take in. Unless we remove ourselves from society and move to a remote mountain away from modern amenities it is imperative to learn how to cope and relax in the midst of this chaos.
During the "Astro-Talk" segment tonight Leslie will bring the latest forecast for the week ahead of us after the Eclipse. You can view Leslie's newsletter at www.lesliehale.com.
The show will be sponsored by Rosalea of The Psychic Meeting Place at www.pmp-advisors.com
Rosie will be accepting calls the last hour of the show. The call in number is 1-714-888-7516.
