Denyce Gartrell has a wealth of corporate and entrepreneurial experience that spans well over twenty years. In her current position as Founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at GLCCS, she helps working professionals achieve personal development, overcome barriers to success, and maximize their talent within organizations. Her entrepreneurial experience helped her learn accountability and transformational leadership from an employer standpoint; while her career longevity has helped to form a charismatic leadership style that encourages relationships and motivates employee behavior.
As a public personality and inspirational speaker, Ms. Gartrell has worked alongside members of President Obama's cabinet, and served on the Event’s Planning Committee for the National Victim’s Rights Week, which was also proclaimed last year by the current President, and in years past by former President George Bush. Ms. Gartrell serves as an elected board member on the Mayor’s Victim’s Assistance Advisory Council, and has served in the capacity of a Certified Life Coach for a female ex-offender program which gained national recognition from former President Clinton.
In addition to her aforementioned roles, Ms. Gartrell ‘s path has allowed her to share in various media, including radio and television, and in many speaking and literary events with various high-esteemed personalities. She is anticipating the release of her debut book later this year, as an additional complement to her brand.

James was provided the opportunity to minister to national and international audiences as he shared the stage with or accompanied A-list gospel artist such as, Donald Lawrence, J. In 2001, James was awarded a full music scholarship where he attended Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. As a member and soloist with the celebrated Morgan State University Choir under the direction of the late Dr. Nathan Carter, James traveled the world to entertain enthusiastic supporters. Moreover, James was fortunate to travel to Russia, Prague, Chezk- Republic and Paris, France to perform in different Operas and famed Musicals like "Porgy & Bess" and "All Rise". Most recently he took the stage in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Academy of Music to perform in the Opera "Margaret Garner" along side Denyce Graves & Gregg Baker.

A student of classical technique and repertoire for over 20 years, Chelsey Green incorporates principles of standard classical music performance into the performance of enticing original tunes and re-identified popular favorites in genres across the board including Soul, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Funk, Rock, and more!
Named an Artists-in-Residence at The Music Center at Strathmore in 2010, Ms. Green is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Maryland College Park.
