Stephen Lemons the writer of the Feathered Bastard blog at the Phoenix New TImes will return as my guest tonight on RC Radio. Stephen was the reporter who broke the story last June that Sheriff Joe Arpaio was using two top deptuies from the MCSO and the Cold Case Posse to work with scam artist Dennis Montgomery to dig up drit on federal Judge Murray Snow and then AG Eric Holder. Stephens sotry was confirmed by none other than Sherioff Arpaio himself under oath wihen Judge Snow handed Apraio a copy of Stephen's article and began questioning him about it.
We also learned that Stephen was correct when he revealed that Arpaio was investigating comments allegedly made by Judge Snow's wife to an Apraio supporter at a local Mexican restaurant. Arpaio had hired a PI thorugh his attorney to check out the incident. Join us for what should be a fascinating intoerview.
Call 347 324-5546 if you have a question for Mr. Lemons. The show starts at 9 PM EDT.
Selecting professions for your characters and deciding how they would act under a given set of circumstances is one of the most important decisions a fiction writer can make. Will they respond in a way normally expected of someone trained to do what they do? Will they go “over-the-top” or perform in a scared or devious manner? Each reaction is the basis for an entirely different story. Whether it is positive or negative, once the theme choice is made, the character still operates under the umbrella of their profession.
What lessons have you learned? Hosts Pamela Michelle and Andrew "Fish" Fain will open the show with the ever popular "The Lesson is" where they give you an insight into their thought process. STRESSED? (15 minute show, short but SWEET). Join the club. But then get over the stress and thrive. How do you deal with a crazy world full of BS, racism, sexism, lies, rape, war, theft ... did I say racism? :-( We can either explode and react in a very violent way, it ain't that hard, but the system is waiting for that so they can kill or jail the individual and blame the entire community (REX 84) or you can withdraw and become depressed, and stay in a shell waiting for your number at age 60 or 90. Another alternative, live life fully, realize what is in your control and what isn't and take things in stride. Do what you can when you can with what you have, for other things put them on the back burner, and for ever things else in the words of Mr. Alphabet, abcde F it. I hope you benefit from my experiences: Molested, lived on street, emotionally tortured, physically abused in other ways, financial damnation, hunger, suicide attempts, etc. And here I am, about to make another birthday, and lived beyond most of my heroes. Damn. It ain't easy, but I think I'm getting the hang of life. Thank you.
By this I mean do think about your future and what you want for it? Do you see things and want to pull them into your life? Do you expect that your future will be better than your present situation? If no, why not?
Do your realize that you can think in pictures and take steps to bring those pictures to you? Perhaps you have forgotten that you were once the child who would, each day, do things to get what he or she wanted. Why do we give up on our childhood dream of wealth?
What really keeps us from achieving our Vision? Did we begin to speak about what we didn't want and end up with what others saw for our lives rather than our own visions
the toilet is backed up you have zero diapers and the car is empty of gas , the station lines are one mile long and they are out of gas. what will you do.
where are the police, where is the fire department. the next door neighbor is gone, the sweet guy across the street is frantic and of no help at all. yes this is a major disaster and it could happen any second, are you ready,
ok so no gas, no water, no electric. the water will not flow and the car is stuck, the kids are at school and the old man is at work and you are trapped. what do you do, of course you do not know what to do because you are living in a fantasy world. the food is rotting in the fridge, the kids are burning up or freezing to death, what do you do. we will be talking about this tonight on the show and much more. we will be talking reality. hard core realty.
