Jim Palmer, AKA The Newsletter Guru is a frequent guest and today I am delighted to welcome him back to Your Partner In Success Radio to talk about the principles in his new book 'Stop Waiting For it to Get Easier - Create Your Dream Business Now!' Jim maintains that successful businesses are created every single day, no matter what the economy or other outside market conditions may be. The truth is that there is never a "perfect time" to start a new business, so why not just start now? Today. Entrepreneurs who move swiftly and boldly from idea into action, delivering value to the marketplace, will ultimately succeed. Jim talks about 2 specific groups. First, he speaks to those people who have long had a dream of starting a business- becoming an entrepreneur, controlling their own destiny... but just waiting for the right time to get started. Second, he will speak to those entrepreneurs and small business owners who have already started but have not yet reached their dreams or goals for the business. Please visit his great Stick Like Glue Radio page. I was a recent guest and it was a great interview!

I recently interviewed J. Massey who is an Active Real Estate Investorpreneur, Author, Speaker, Community Leader, Devoted Father and Husband.
We had so much to talk about that I asked him to return to Your Partner In Success Radio to pick up where we left off.
J. Massey's is a true rags to riches story. In just six years he went from the struggle many people experience as he worked hard to provide for his family in southern California to amassing an impressive portfolio that includes over 300 units of residential and commercial properties as well as private notes and mortgages.
Through a series of life-altering events, including the serious illness of his then-pregnant wife, an accident that left J. with a punctured lung that excluded him from being able to work, and even losing and squatting in their foreclosed family home, J. learned quickly that he had to change his mindset if he wanted to survive and thrive. He immediately took action, immersing himself into intensive real estate investor training. He hasn't looked back and has built a booming investing business, using very little of his own cash or credit.
Click here to listen to our previous interview and here is a really nice blog post that J. wrote about that episode.
I am delighted to welcome back to the show speaker, author and entrepreneur Josh Hinds.
Josh is known as a pioneer in bringing motivation and personal development resources to the internet. In fact, Bob Burg, author of The Go-giver says: "Josh Hinds is becoming, in my opinion, the Earl Nightingale of the e-world. Not only is the man pure motivation but, like the late, great Mr. Nightingale, knows how to attract other motivators to join him in his mission as well. Go to his site, bookmark it, return often, learn from it and, most of all, benefit from it.”
Josh was here in September and you can listen to that interview here. He has a great story and an enormous amount of wisdom, not to mention actionable tips and advice on how to get greater access to motivation, personal development ideas and resources.
