Today's topic: How To Start Forgiving?
Keep Calm and Let Go
"The past has no power over the present moment." - Eckhart Tolle
Stop trying and start being.
Stop trying for a while.
Be in charge of your thoughts and emotions (Be the watcher of your thoughts)
By not judging your thoughts or blaming them on anyone else, and merely watching them, there will be a big shift within you - your sense of self worth.
Love yourself for who you are and where you are in your life right now, right here.
Learn to replace anger, hurt, frustration, vengeance into present love.
The bottom line is that the best revenge is happiness, because nothing drives your adversaries more insane than seeing a fresh smile on your face. (Read Buddha's Brain.)
Let go of the need to firgive every mistake.
Mistakes are the growing pains of wisdom. Most of the time they just need to be accepted, not forgiven.
Feel how your body shifts from feeling hurt and upset to peaceful and loving. (does not mean forgiveness, just realizing where you are)
Don't hold on to false beliefs, let go of what you cannot change. Live the best you can be and do day by day --> no need to forgive.and no regrets.
So, How do we start forgiving? Step by step, letting go of what cannot be changed, turning anger, revenge, hurt into love and enjyoing it.

But what starts out as a seemingly innocuous pursuit quickly turns into a nightmare, as he discovers that the Florentine may not be a lost treasure after all, but a weapon that, in the wrong hands, could bring the developed world to its knees. "I was born in rural Virginia. At 8, I moved with my family to the remote Quaker community of Monteverde in the tropical mountains of Costa Rica. If things broke, you fixed them, if you needed something you didn’t have, you created it out of what you did have or did without it. From this up bringing I inherited a delight in the engineering puzzles of inventing and building, and an easy patience with the general processes of making things.
Growing up, my hands were always busy with embroidery, crocheting, weaving, and other fiber arts. I received professional instruction in painting and drawing as well, but only discovered metal work and jewelry when I moved to Seattle, Washington in 1996. Early in my experiments with metal I gravitated to chains. The manual dexterity gained from decades of handwork and needlework served me well, and translated nicely to linking and knitting with wire.
Today I still live in Seattle, now writing articles and teaching classes on chain making, with work showcased in numerous books & magazines."
Except when you're caring for a family member or friend, it might as well be winter. It's just hard to take, much less get, a break.
