Join Destiny Empowerment Hour's Host Ms. Cherise L. Riley as she sits down with Ms. Kristi Culbreath-Roberts to discuss how she drastically transformed her life and body. This amazing transformation has truly been a lifestyle change and a wonderful journey for Kristi, that she now shares with hundreds of followers on social media. Check out her story:
I made up my mind 2 years ago at the weight of 230 lbs that I no longer wanted to continue to be overweight or take blood pressure pills and decided to make a lifestyle change by changing my eating habits and exercise regime. When I first started this venture I started out as a VEGAN and I really dint put much into a Goal of what I wanted or where I wanted to be I just knew I wanted to lose weight and get into cuter clothes. I had a friend at work who lost about 100 lbs and he was doing it all naturally, no surgery, no diet pulls, or quick weight loss gimmicks I knew if he could do it , so could I. I decided to start working out with him during my lunch time change what I would eat and drink and start looking at food labels. Before you knew it I became a workout Junkie and sweets and carbs were no longer part of my life. I created a goal chart that showed where I started and where I wanted to be and at the time it was to be150 lbs or a size 6 whichever came first for me.
Two years later I'm glad to report that I have made goal I am 149 lbs now,

Amanda Michelle Moon is the writer of two published works. You can see more about her and her books on her website.
In this interview, we discuss first, her mystery thriller, Stealing the Ruby Slippers. And, yes, we do mean those ruby slippers!
Stealing the Ruby Slippers was easy. Jared broke into the museum, smashed the display case, and got out without leaving any evidence. But when Hurricane Katrina wipes out the buyer he had lined up, he’s stuck. The country’s most famous shoes are hidden in his dirty laundry.
The theft wasn’t just for fun— it was the last chance he had to pay back his gambling debts. His creditor won’t accept excuses and is done granting extensions. He’s going to have to pay, either in cash or blood.
While he figures out what to do next, Jared’s girlfriend thinks it’s okay to wear the priceless artifacts. And now the police would like to ask him a few questions.
Inspired by the real-life unsolved mystery, Stealing the Ruby Slippers blends fact and fiction to keep you guessing until the last page.
Another of Amanda Michelle Moon's books, is the non-fiction/self-help book, Your Pilates Life.
Your Pilates Life will guide you in making Pilates a part of your everyday life- not just an exercise routine. You will learn how to increase health and happiness while lowering stress and finding focus.
Each chapter is broken up into sections. Not all may apply to your particular age/stage in life, and that’s fine, just do the ones that speak to you.
