It's a done deal. Let's talk vacation rentals.

    in Real Estate

Welcome to this weeks show! As I have mentioned recently, I am in the process of kicking off my first vacation rental property in Hawaii. In a desire to not jinx anything, I have kept the details of the escrow to myself. Well, that baby closed a couple of weeks back, and the money is in the checks have all cleared, so I am ready to talk about the experience!

In todays show we will talk about things to think about when you are considering a vacation rental investment - before you jump in. Then, what next? How to you determine what you should rent for? Should you manage it yourself or have someone else manage it? What are the best ways to get your property in front of renters?

This is a great chance to talk about all these issues in a completely practical way - where I guide you through how I do it - while I am doing it!
