Today the main focus of the show is going to be the incredible decline in marriage in this country over the last 100 years. While I think we all know and understand that the marriage rate has declined in that time, the actual rate at which it has declined may shock you. Marriage and traditional families are key to our development and to our overall stability as a society and to see the change in attitude and the attacks on family units and the effects it has had is an awful thing. I'll be talking about that today on the show at 4:30 PM Eastern time, and archived later.

Ethics is basically the Golden Rule, in practice. But morals? That's a different story. Morals are a way that a group of people govern themselves, and their treatment of other groups of people, but those "moral codes" have very little to do with ethics. Something can be "moral" without also being "ethical." And, something can be "ethical" without also being "moral." To wit, the Ten Commandments are a "moral code," but an argument can easily be made that they don't meet the burden of an "ethical code."

A universalistic/virtue ethic critique of Fletcher's basic contention that loyalty is the central and ineliminable feature of morality.
When it comes to information technology, Robert Cringely knows what he's talking about. He's spent the last 30 years in the PC business, and some of Silicon Valley's best and brightest bend his ear frequently. Robert sorts through their tidbits and reports on it through his columns in major magazines and newspapers as well as his documentaries and books. As a tech insider, he wrote the famous "Notes from the Field" column for InfoWorld from 1987-1995. His work frequently appears in the New York Times, Newsweek, Forbes, Upside, Success, and Worth. His first book, "Accidental Empires: How the Boys of Silicon Valley Make Their Millions, Battle Foreign Competition, and Still Can't Get a Date," is a best-seller. His PBS documentaries have aired in more than 60 countries. In today's episode, he discusses his latest book, "The Decline and Fall of IBM."
Today we discuss the silliness in hating someone simply for the color of their skin. We talk about the many biological differences between blacks and whites. Cannibalism in Liberia is discussed.
We talk about white enclaves that exist in the world today. We also discuss the benefits of diversity- green eyes, brown eyes, blue eyes, gray eyes, brown hair, red hair, black hair, blonde hair- and how pure whites are the only people on planet earth who possess these traits in their genes.
We speak about the morality of terrorism, and compare the morality of obedient people to the morality of terrorists.
We close our eyes and give thanks to the brave men in power in Washington who are warding off the Jews from slaughtering us. THANK YOU!
I define the phrase 'Might Is Right' and discuss its application in our struggle.
We talk about the Indian uprisings that have occurred throughout the 1900's in America.

Philosopher Dr. Diana Hsieh answered questions on jury nullification, moral judgments of sexuality, dishonesty in a manager, and more in this episode of Philosophy in Action Radio.
Question 1: Should juries nullify bad laws by refusing to convict?
Question 2: Does the morality of homosexuality depend on it being unchosen?
Question 3: What should I do about the dishonesty of my new project manager?

Tonight we are talking about the decline in marriage in the Black community. During the last half century African Americans and Black Carribeans have become the most unmarried people in the US. Black women are more than twice as likely as their white counterparts not to have married. Black men who are high earners are even less likely to have married than black men who earn substantially less. According to Ralph Richard Banks in the book ' Is Marriage for White People?', there are so many available to single black women on the market compared to the number of black men, this makes professional black men even less likely to marry. These men tend to use this inbalance to initiate relationships that tend to not be committed or exclusive, include sex but not marriage.
Why are whites marrying more than black people across the world? Are there any options for black women or men who still want to marry?
Let's talk about it

Today on RTR we are going to be talking about Biblical morals, and how that affects unbelievers. Should we be trying to legislate morality? Is it our job to try and make an unbelieving world live by biblical principles? Has it worked for us so far? Why are so many believers trying to be the morality police to those outside of the faith? What is our role in this culture war we are living in? Join us this and every Sunday at 10am est as we talk discuss the Morality Police. Call 661 449 9951 to add your voice to the conversation.
Program topic update: Immigration will likely lead today's (July 11th) show on BlogTalkRadio, and we'll highlight past action by Barack Obama that played a key part in putting the current border crisis in motion.
We'll also note the inconsistency of the mainstream media when it comes to analyzing the pervasive violence in countries to the south of our southern border.
The other subjects outlooked will come later in the program.
We noticed something this week: Even MSM now seems skeptical over touted signs of booming economic trends. But with stock narkets and some businesses now trading at record high levels, some now question whether we're actually in a bubble.
There's another possiblity no one mentions. All the cheery record high indices may simply reveal how badly currencies like the dollar have eroded. And governments still swear there's no inflation.
Meanwhile, the crushing waves of immigrants continue along the southern U.S. border. President Obama hasn't visited the border yet, but he's come close. He's holding fundraisers in Texas with supporters who oppose tighter border security and champion additional 'rights' for immigrants.
