“Love always in all ways…for all is Divine and works together for good…”
My name is DebOrah Mitchell and I am a Energy Alchemist. I work within the intimate sphyres of home, office and heART to share wisdom and truth, invite and receive peace, and nurture each person’s individual path toward enlightenment.
Simply Sphyrical is the outward and visible expression of profound wisdom experienced and gathered upon the ongoing journey of remembering and embodying Spiritual peace and love.
Every experience I’ve had in life has brought me deeper wisdom, energy and light. The dancing I did as a child and teenager taught me that life is a dance full of intricacy, challenge and joy. My college lessons in Psychology and Counseling taught me that touching the internal power within us all moves us beyond our human perceptions. I also learned to tune in more deeply into the communion with the unseen richness of the “nonverbal communication” that surrounds us everywhere. The 18 years I spent in the retail world of selling shoes taught me that “to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes” opens and reveals new perceptions and understandings. Choose wisely the cover of “soules” as they magnify our discomforts as well as our comforts.
While each of these experiences has richly contributed to my own authentic journey, like most women, I spent a great deal of my life reacting to “outside” people and circumstances, allowing them to shape my internal experience. In 1988, I gave myself the time and permission to ...

This show is sure to delight romance lovers Deborah Mello and Gwyneth Bolton, are two authors who know how to pleasure their readers
For Deborah Fletcher Mello, writing is as necessary as breathing and she firmly believes that if she could not write she would cease to exist. Her first novel, TAKE ME TO HEART, earned her a 2004 Romance Slam Jam nomination for Best New Author. In 2005 she received Book of the Year and Favorite Heroine nominations for her novel THE RIGHT SIDE OF LOVE. In 2008, Deborah won the Romantic Times Reviewers Choice award for Best Series Romance for her ninth novel, TAME A WILD STALLION. Her current book, CRAVING TEMPTATION, is heating up bookshelves.
While she had always been a reader of romance, she didn't feel inspired to write them until the genre opened up to include other voices. And even then, it took finishing graduate school, several non-fiction publications, and a six-week course at the Loft Literary Center titled Writing the Romance Novel; before she gathered the courage to start writing her first romance novel.
Gwyneth has a BA and an MA in English/Creative Writing and a Ph.D. in English/Composition and Rhetoric. She teaches classes in writing and women's studies at the college level. She has won several awards for her romance novels, including ten Emma Awards and the Romance In Color Reviewer's Choice award for new author of the year.

The I.D.s formed in 1964, with Founding Members: Gerrianne Lewis (Brizan), Joan Sitkowski, Linda Joy Mitchell, Roberta Dilts, and Cecille Flaim (Lopez). Additional members include: Penny Green, Vanesa Saco, Barbara Bullied, and Jean Ishizuka. All members were raised in the Woodside Projects. The I.D.s were influenced by the British invasion, blues, R&B and Motown. Their original songs include: "Beatles Come On Back", "Don't Come Knockin' (at my door)", and "Five Guys". Instrumentation included: lead guitar, two rhythm guitars, bass, lead vocals, and drums. They had gigs at the New York World's Fair of 1964 at the New York State Pavillion and United States Pavillion and at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, Operation Head Start, and The Cafe Wha. Joan and Linda met as toddlers. Gerrianne met Joan in 3rd grade. Linda and Gerrianne met in Girl Scouts. Their manager got their picture in the paper. Vanesa, Barbara, and Jean came as a package deal. The band was set. They practiced at each others' houses and the music kept them grounded, creative, and out of trouble. They had an opportunity to audition with the Stones' manager but Roberta gave up the drums. They disbanded in 1968, because they went to college. Joan and Gerriane continued writing music into the late 1970's and early 1980's. Linda, Cecille and Gerrianne became teachers and used music in their classrooms, over the years. They were unique in that they were all different colors, yet, got along well with each other.

The report found: "Several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought as racist; others remembered clear direction from their managers not to do so."

Benjamin and Deborah will talk about healing from loss and the role one's community plays at each stage of grief.
Benjamin is the author of Out of the Ashes, Healing in the AfterLoss. This book is about profound loss and forging a new path after his loved ones died.
Loss is a part of life, and we all deal it differently. When we give ourselves permission to lean into loss, this unique process of healing finds its own time and rhythm.
There are parts of the Afterloss that only you know and only you can travel, but every one who has experienced loss in one form or another knows the path has many footprints that can lead us into healing. We are not alone.
Your hosts Benjamin Allen and Deborah Brown will share their journeys through grief into healing and create a container for others to explore, define and lean into loss of all kinds.
We meet here and now on the path to the rest of our lives, at the intersection of Loss and Hope ... may we all be blessed by sharing what we have lived and learned.
