Spirit Guides and Life after Death: Garnet Schulhauser - Life's Big Questions

    in Spirituality

Garnet Schulhauser; author of Dancing on a Stamp and Dancing Forever with Spirit.

A retired lawyer who lives near Victoria, on Vancouver Island, with his wife, Cathy, and little dog, Abby, , Garnet recounts how his life changed dramatically one day in 2007 (while still practicing law) when he was confronted on the street by a homeless man named Albert (who was actually a wise spirit in disguise--an emissary from the spirit world).

This seemingly chance encounter launched a provocative dialogue with Albert who disclosed startling new truths about all of life's big questions.

Albert's goal was to encourage humans to stop their abuse of Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants by casting aside their negative emotions and in favor of love and compassion.

In the new book Dreamweaver, Music legend Gary Wright reflects on his professional collaboration, friendship, and spiritual journey with "quiet Beatle" George Harrison, and releases for the first time a re-recorded version of a song they wrote together which features Ringo on drums and Robert and Dean DeLeo from Stone Temple Pilots on bass and guitar.

Best known for his multiplatinum hits “Dream Weaver” and “Love is Alive,” Gary Wright came to prominence as a singer and songwriter during the golden age of rock in the 1970s. What is not as well known to the public, however, is Wright’s spiritual side. At the heart of this memoir is the spiritual conversion and journey that Wright experienced alongside his close friend George Harrison. Until Harrison’s death in 2001, the two spent decades together writing songs, eating Indian fare, talking philosophy, and gardening. In addition to featuring lyrics to a song titled "To Discover Yourself" co-written by Wright and Harrison in 1971 and previously released as a demo.

Immaculee Ilibagiza: Up Close & Personal: Strength, Survival and So much Faith

    in Christianity

The New York Times headline was "Blood in the River" while the Time's cover story quoted a missionary as saying, "There are no devils left in hell. They are all in Rwanda."

It was beyond a horror movie.  It is in the realm of martydom, during one of history's most brutual genocides (w million Tutsis slaughtered in just 3 months by Hutus).

Immaculée Ilibagiza is a living example of faith put into action.

Her life was transformed dramatically during the 1994 Rwanda genocide where she and 7 other women spent 91 days huddled silently together in the cramped bathroom of a local pastor's house.

Immaculée entered the bathroom a vibrant, 115-pound university student with a loving family - she emerged weighing just 65 pounds to find most of her family had been brutally murdered.

Her story is now famous in the bestseller Left to Tell but the genocide had been prophesized years earlier by the Blessed Mother in 1981 in Kibeho. Immaculee's newest bestseller is dedicated to sharing this story "Our Lady of Kibeho."
