Please join me for a discussion on the various symptoms so many are experiencing as a result of nutritional deficiency. Clients are so surprised when they learn things such as lower back pain may in fact be a result of stressed kidneys and that chiropractic adjustments actually do not hold if there is a deficiency creating the structural misalignment.

So many clients have spent years chasing their tails, googling their symptoms to learn that they have a deficiency in something then purchasing that product only to realize they are still symptomatic.  There is an explanation for all of this and you can do something about it.

Symptoms are the warning signs before disease.  You can restore homeostasis with right nutrition if you only know how.

Join me tonight, call in with your symptoms and let's talk about what can be done to correct the imbalance and restore the body back to homeostasis.  I welcome your calls and look forward to talking with you tonight.

The Dealing with the Past Show

    in Spirituality

Do you still have residual pain from the past, whether emotional, physical or Spiritual pain or a combination of the 3 mentioned above? If so, this is the show for you. This show deals with taking control of the emotions that have haunted you in this lifetime and other lifetimes and using it to catapult your way into a higher vibrational reality and into the Light of the Divine. The most important thing I have learned is to release all emotions naturally, at the time that they occur. For example, if something sad happened, then in order to release the pain, you should cry. Crying releases emotional pain through the heart chakra, where it is released through the tear ducts and tears themselves symbolize washing away the pain from within. According to meditationoasis.com, the author suggests meditation as a form of emotional release. The author states that ‘when we put our attention on the heart chakra, we may feel what is waiting there to be processed.  It’s the job of the heart chakra to process certain emotions, and when we relax in meditation and allow our attention to go there, the heart chakra gains the energy to do its job.  While no one likes to experience emotional pain, it is a part of healing and recovering from an emotional trauma. Therefore, there are several techniques that you can use to rid yourself of emotional pain from the past and move forward into the light and into a happier and more peaceful reality, knowing that your emotions are not suppressed on a daily basis, and therefore, will not develop into a pain body. This is a long-term process that goes on through many lifetimes and it is important to stay active and possibly seeing a therapist in order to release emotional pain as well, according to the author...so join me for this special show about forgiveness of self and others and learning to take life as it goes....namaste

Dealing with Confirmation Bias and Cognitive Dissonance in Black History

    in Religion

It's Black History Month and many will be honoring our ancestors who impacted American life. For most this creates a dissonance between being African American, black, and American. It also is a time when confirmation bias is at its most complex in the black church tradition. Confirmation bias is a term most people are not familiar with but operate in everyday. There are things that we believe that no one can dissuade us from believing. Many times we surround ourselves with others who share similar beliefs, ideals, or values. The church is in the business of confirmation bias, but are preachers using it to reinforce negative ideas and practices. How does confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance work in today's preaching and church experience? Join Pastor Neal for this and other great topics.
