10/15/15 - Thursday Night with David Oualaalou, Our American Education System

    in Politics Conservative

Truth is hard to find these days.  With so many situations taking place around the world, it seems like the U.S. is in a tailspin.  But how do we stop it?  Where do we start?  We talk about the Economy, Immigration, Terrorism, and the supposed "War on Women," but what about our Education system?  This is the true battleground for the future of the United States of America.  We will be joined by David Oualaalou.

Dr. Oualaalou is a global affairs analyst, blogger, author, and professor. A former international security analyst in Washington DC, he is currently an adjunct professor of government at Mclennan Community College (MCC) and an international security guest-lecturer at Baylor University. His analyses on global affairs have appeared in many newspapers and online journals, including the Waco Tribune-Herald(owned by Berkshire Hathaway, Inc), the Huffington Post, South China Morning Post (SCMP), the New York Times, Defense Alert Journal, MSN News, Al-Jazeera, Security News Wire, and Freedom and Justice Gate Journal in the Middle East, among others.

Mr. Oualaalou hold an MA degree in international relations: security policy from St Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX, and a PhD in Public Policy: Homeland/International Security from Walden University.

He is the author of forthcoming books: US Ambiguous Foreign Policy in the Muslim World: More than a Handshake, (Lexington Books, December, 2015) and A Nuclear Iran: the New Geopolitical Landscape in the Middle East, (June, 2016).

The Duke Machado Show - Political Commentary and Interviews

    in Politics Conservative

Talking about the issues in a unique and enlightening way.  Topics range from Politics to Education and from ISIS Muslims to defending the U.S. Constitution.  We are removing the blinders, one listener at a time.  For decades, Democrats and the Liberals have dominated the urban community.  They have made promise after promise, only to let people down over and over again.  Progressivism and Socialism are always creeping in, and we must stand strong to defend what we Americans value most, our independence and freedoms protected by God and our Constitution.

10/01/15 A Discussion with Moderate Muslim, David "Lou" Oualaalou, Phd

    in Politics Conservative

People feel threatened by the Muslim faith.  To be quite frank, we have good reason to be.  For many years, we Americans have been threatened by Islamic Extremists / Terrorists who use Islam as a weapon to wage war against us.  From ISIS to Hamas, there are literally hundreds if not thousands of Jihadist organizations determined to bring down the United States of America.  David Oualaalou served in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps and was also an international security analyst. He holds a Ph.D. in public policy with a focus on homeland/international security, and is an instructor at MCC (McLennan Community College).  You don't want to miss this show.  Tell your friends to listen.  We will not be taking calls during this show.

11/05/15 -Dr. David Oualaalou; Thoughts on US justice system/death penalty

    in Politics Conservative

Dr. David Oualaalou joins us again for our Thursday night discussion.  This time, we get into our US Justice system and dig into things a little deeper.  Is it working?  Are we seeing better results?  What about the Death penalty?  I know I've got my own ideas about this topic, but we'll hear what Dr. Oualaalou has to say.  I do believe in the concept of paying time for doing crime, especially for hardened criminals who assault others.  Those who cross the line and take the life of another...well, I think they should never be allowed to see daylight again, and Lethal Injection would save the taxpayers a TON of money to house these people.
