Meet author David Merkatz, he's the author of the book Wrongly Charged: A Look at the Legal System.
This book is making quite an impact due to some of the recent headlines dealing with police and abuse of power.
About the book:
What would you do if you were arrested and wrongly charged with a crime? It can happen in the blink of an eye. It’s not supposed to happen in the United States, but it can at any time. After being advised by his attorney in 2013 that his new marketing strategy was legal, Florida locksmith David Merkatz was shocked to learn he was under criminal investigation. Then he was arrested and charged with money laundering and an organized scheme to defraud. With the flip of a switch, he was facing a 20-year prison sentence. He was terrified. Life as he knew it was over, and it happened in an instant. But David Merkatz was determined to fight back.
About the author:
Until 2013, David Merkatz made his living as a locksmith in Coconut Creek, FL. Life, he thought, was pretty good. While there were some trademark issues with his business, he was making a living and enjoying his life. That all changed August of 2013, when police arrested David Merkatz and charged him and two of his fellow locksmiths, Peter Lomagistro and Joshua Levy, with a host of crimes ranging from money laundering to petty theft.
Events of 2015 Discussion - we are going to change the format and have a discussion about some of the events happening since the start of this year, and what it all means within the context of everything else we have been learning.
Part of our intent is to share information, from an eclectic array of sources, exercising our discernment process to understand how it all reflects the truth. Since the truth is a singular and absolute reality, all data can be distilled for understanding, including so called 'disinformation.' With that premise in mind, we will discuss:
International Tribunal for Natural Justice, Judge Anna's Notice and Public Order to taken down the Cabal, Pope Francis declaration for a year of Jubilee, Jade Helm and Cabal activity in the US, Earthquakes and Volcanic activity, David Wilcock and Corey GoodETxSG's recent disclosures, UFO activity, Galactic connections and the Energetic shift.

Although we will continue our conversation about out-of-the-closet conservative David Mamet and his revelatory book, "The Secret Knowledge," we will spend a little time on a recent theatrical controversy. Specifically, we will tackle the question of whether a colege theatre production should make changes to a script if the local community complains about its content. I posed this question recently on Facebook and got a number of insightful and challenging comments from my listeners (and others). Join me today as we ponder a difficult issue (and David Mamet!).
Host Russell Greene welcomes leaders, experts, and activists working and organizing to halt climate change, protect the environment, promote green and sustainable energy and businesses, and more!

Jeff is currently Division Chair of SEIA.
Also joining the show is PDA Radio Executive Producer Andrea Miller. On Friday through Sunday PDAction will host a conference called Building an Inclusive Climate Movement to Build Community Power in Washington, at the David A. Clarke School of Law.

So, this is going to be an interesting show. The topic for this Thursday is: Paintball celebrities. Who are they? Why are they celebrities? What does it take to become a celebrity? Can anyone join this club? Do you have to be voted in? Lots of questions. Also, should celebrities play against their fans in one on one competitions? If you had the chance to play against your favorite celebrity and you scored on them are they no longer a celebrity in your eyes? And if you did score on them, does that take way all the good things that celebrity has done?
Our Guest Co-Host will be Alexzander LeFevre, plus the regular shout outs and upcoming events.
