I met Kel back in September of 2014 and it didn't take me long to realize that he was gifted. My sister and I met him on the same day and she noticed it too. He had a mellow, old soul type demeanor, but he's only 19 years old.
One of the reasons I call myself Wonder Woman, is because I'm always wondering about things. So, I wondered what Kel's story was. So, I asked him. In fact, we chopped it up on the very first episode of my radio show. Well, Kel is an entertainer and the last time we talked on the show, he gave us a little bit of his background and told us about an album he recently published on itunes.
He's taken things to the next level and started his own music label. It's called the Chicago Renaissance Music Group. I freakin' love that name!!! Let's see what Kel is up to these days.

With this backdrop, a teenage boy falls in love with one of the town's few black girls, a relationship that has repercussions leading to permanent transformations for the couple--and for the town.
Good morning! Today we are reading Romans Chapter 15.
Really, Paul just wants all the Romans to live in harmony together and glorify God together without worrying about their differences. Remember, Christ is with the Jewish-Christians and the Gentile-Christians, too. So let's all play nice. Paul actually has a good feeling about the Romans. He knows they're upstanding people who are knowledgeable and can help each other do what's right by God. He's only written to them to tell them all this and to give them advice because of his special relationship with God. What can we say. The Big Guy loves helping Paul write all his correspondence. Not that's he's bragging or anything. Paul would only ever brag about all the good things that God has done through him. So modest. For example, Paul has won tons of converts through the entire Roman Empire, but that's all God's doing. He made that happen. Paul's not usually in the business of preaching about Jesus where people already know him. He also doesn't usually come into a church community he didn't found, like the one in Rome, and start handing out advice. No, never. That's why he hasn't been to see the Roman Christians in person yet. He's been meaning to, but there are just so many non-believers who need to hear the good news first hand. Paul's got a busy schedule. But now he's fresh out of non-believers to convert in the area, so he's going to head over to Rome soon and stay a while on his way to preach the gospel in Spain. Oh, bull fighting? Not, quite. Before that, Paul has got to make a quick pit stop in Jerusalem. The folks in Macedonia and Achaia have taken up a nice collection for the poor there and he's gonna drop off the money. Mission possible! Special thanks to www.shmoop.com.
I am going to read a couple of articles that will help prove the dangers of using things like, Good Ole, Round Up! Around your yard and family, including pets. The dangers of these chemicals is way more than is ever advertised to the general public.
In our neighborhood we are pressured by the land owners to use pesticides regularly. The dangers of this are high in such close neighbor borders. If one or two neighbors use things like Round Up, we are going to have the affects of the poison too!

I know you have been putting your receipts into a shoebox or an accordion file, so let’s start recording, tracking and managing those expenses so we can make some basic financial decisions like; what vacation(s) can we schedule this year? Which expense(s) can we cut back on to start saving towards our year-end-goal?

Is there anything left to do with this Kevin James vehicle? It doesn't seem like there could be, but they made a movie anyway. We'll let you know if there's any point to catching this one.
We'll also give you the rundown on what's coming this summer... beyond just the obvious titles.
In a couple of weeks' time, commemorative events will be held in Russia and Europe to mark the 70th anniversary of the end of 'the Second World War'. Barely 20 years following 'the Great War (to end all wars)', World War II, or the 'Great Patriotic War' as it's known in Russia and the former Soviet Republics, left some 80 million people dead (including civilians who died as a result of war-related disease and famine). The largest number of casualties suffered by any one country was Russia, with some 30 million deaths.
Since then, children in Western countries have been taught that a US and UK-led coalition defeated the Nazis (and Imperial Japan) to save the world from fascism and secure a better world for all. But is this the whole story? Was the sudden emergence of a post-war geopolitical balance-of-power that transformed the USSR from ally to enemy - and the US from 'reluctant participant' to global superpower - merely an accident of fate? As we try to understand the current global chaos, we need to ask; what crucial details and context have been excised from the history books?

John Carosella hosts Convergence, a journey into shamanism, science, and mysticism, exploring our beautiful world. Making the mystical accessible to the scientific-minded, and bringing the language of science to the Mystery, John brings provocative, new perspectives to living, learning, healing, and discovery.
This month, John engages the topic of being a warrior - and being yourself. We start with a roundtable conversation with John's co-hosts Mildred Lynn McDonald and HiC Luttmers on "What does it mean to be a warrior, and can you be one without waging war and experiencing violence?" Then, in Exploring Reality, John shares what he learned through a challenging conversation with Mars, the Roman God of War. Things take a lighter turn with gentle Reflection on the nature of being here on Earth, in this magnificent garden, and then to an examination of "Skunk Medicine". Yes, it all makes sense -- but it's John's birthday today, so even if it doesn't, let's just humor him...and have a little birthday cake on us!
