    "The Hotseat" returns and will have a guest a first of his kind on the new program when Canadian author and historian Greg Oliver of SLAM! Wrestling joins "Hotshot" Danny Duggan & "The Mastermind" Kevin Cannon to talk professional wrestling!


    As an author and historian Greg Oliver has been covering professional wrestling for over 30 years, starting with the Canadian Wrestling Report newsletter as a teenager. He is the Producer of the well-respected and well-read SLAM! Wrestling website, and the author of six books on pro wrestling, including the acclaimed Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame series with Steven Johnson. Greg also writes about hockey, with four books on the shelves, and three more in the works. The Toronto resident is a long-time supporter of the Cauliflower Alley Club, the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, and the George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, and will be sharing details on those institutions and more on the podcast. Clinch has presented his work in numerous galleries and published three books: Discovery Inn (1998) and When the Iron Bird Flies (2000), and Still Moving (2014) with a forward by Bruce Springsteen and published by Abrams.  His advertising clients include John Varvatos, American Express, Squarespace, Gap, Absolut, and more as a director, Clinch has received 3 Grammy Award nominations: in 2005 for Bruce Springsteen’s “Devils and Dust” and in 2009 for John Mayer’s “Where The Light Is” and for the Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite collaboration short film called “Get Up”.
