Last week, Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living, began discussing the dangers of conventional sugar, artificial sweeteners and even some natural sweeteners that are being touted as "healthy" even by many in the natural health community. He revealed the truth about what the sugar and artificial sweetener industry giants do not want you to know and how many of these sugars are secretly hidden in your daily foods.
There is a lot of confusion and misinformation out there on which sugars and sweeteners are the healthy options and which ones are never to be consumed. Today he will continue this discussion, set the record straight and go into more detail about the individual sweeteners! He will also delve deeper into the health issues that follow the consumption of sugars and sweeteners.
To recap the sugars he will cover:
The Bad Guys
Sugar & GMO
Aspartame, Sucralose, High Fructose Corn Syrup and other artificial sweeteners
The Good Guys (Pros and Cons)
How sugar and other sweeteners wreak havoc in your body.
All this and much, much more!
So be sure to put aside 30 minutes to learn about the sweet lies that are ruining your health with Dr. Budweiser.

Ready to Get Fit, Feel Fabulous?
Although host Britt will be away at a health and wellness seminar, Writestream founder Daria Anne will be here to share her thoughts after almost 30 days on Britt's fat-burning and body-cleansing program. Joining her on the air will be Damalis Ayala, her partner in this effort.
After just 11 days, Daria Anne lost 5 1/2 inches and Damalis lost 4 1/2; in just two weeks, Damalis also lost eight pounds (Daria has not been brave enough to get on a scale yet)! We're excited for the possibilites of where we'll be on the path to our fitness goals by the time we go live on Saturday, February 28. We invite you to call in with your questions and comments at (347) 945-7246.
To your health!
Fat Guy in Spandex is a middle-aged, over educated, under employed, overweight, white guy who loves hockey, NASCAR and dumb-ass, quirky comedy. On his podcast, he pontificates about all things associated with a lazy life, sex, sports and much, much more. It’s psychology and self-help through the eyes and ideas of a guy who has been there and done that!
Today’s episode looks at: just being too tired to struggle any more with the BS of Life.
We all know that the terms "baby's mama" & "baby's daddy" are not known to be very positive when describing your co parent. These terms or phrases are stereotyped with ghetto, lazy, deadbeat, unimportant, etc. These are definitely not something a decent parent would want to be associated with. Still all the time we constantly hear one another use this term. How can we as parents communicate and co-parent hearing one another use these terms negatively. Is is possible in our society?

Have you had your healthy dose of reality lately?
There are always at least two sides to every story. Have you ever wondered how someone, who saw the same thing you did, walked away telling a vastly different story? Which version was correct? Which one was the REAL story? Actually, both are! It’s just a matter of perspective.
Joe takes the issues… especially the controversial issues (politics, prejudice, religion, illegal immigration)… and brings in people from different sides to share their viewpoint. This is definitely not a fluff piece. And while no one is attacked, the questions are hard-hitting.
But the conversation is always respectful and you’re sure to learn something new, even if you don’t agree!
If you’ve always wondered how the “other side” thinks, then this is the show for you!
It’s not the right side, it’s not the wrong side, but the REAL side of the issues!

Here we go, Week 6 of the 2016 season, 1/3 of the way on the road to the Super Bowl. Some would say this season has already been one of many surprises. 6 teams (3 from NFC and 3 from AFC) are underfeated to this point. The 49ers and Bears, both NFC title winners, are under 500 and trying to find their way back. Week 6 brings about some very big matchups. The Game of the Week (GoW) has the Redskins (3-1) traveling to Greeen Bay (5-0) in a HUGE matchup. The Colts and Ravens will face off in a AFC matchup that could have early playoff implications. While the Bucs take on the underfeated Panthers in a NFC South divisional game that WILL determine who's your DADDY in that division. It don't get no better than this guys, MCFL Football, let's GO!!!
