    in Spirituality

Mark Rawson and Pamela Latour,  Monday 8:00-9:00PM EST each week:

The guest Monday night is going to be Cynthia Greb

On the show Cynthia will talk about-

Sacred Dreams – Dreaming is a powerful source of inspiration and guidance for her.  She has  been blessed with many truly sacred dreams in her life.  She believes dreams are one of the ways God/Goddess/Source communicates with us.  Aboriginal people believe we “dream the world into being.”  They believe this world is our collective dream, our consensual reality.  If we change our thoughts about the world and if we dream powerful new dreams, we can change the world.

Earth-honoring and Earth-healing Ceremonies are essential to the healing of this Earth. The damage to our planet is so great right now that we cannot create sufficient change by working only on the physical plane.  This is part of why she believes she has been drawn to Crestone,CO.  She is connecting with women (and others) to do healing ceremony.  And it’s also why she was so drawn to Sandra Ingerman’s work, Medicine for the Earth.

Cynthia Greb is a writer.  She is a columnist who has written over one hundred inspirational articles for the site Belief net called “Blessings Abound” and she has another blog about navigating a diagnosis of early breast cancer.  She is also co-editor of the Dream Medicine page on the popular site All Things Healing.  Currently she’s working on several books in various stages of gestation.

Cynthia has a gift for leading groups, retreats, ceremonies, and celebrations.  When she’s inPennsylvania, she often leads services or speaks atPebbleHillInterfaithChurchin Doylestown.

  • 2015 Vision Casting: Back to Balance with Cynthia Enns

    in Business

“We wanted to stay true to our ideal and that was quality.”

Cynthia is the co-owner of Laughing Stock Vineyard with her husband David Enns. She is also the owner of Credo Consulting Inc.

    Cynthia shares 3 keys:

On beginning your entrepreneurial journey: “Write down that vision. So keep a goal of what you want to be working with because it's no fun to compromise if you have to compromise because of financial restraints or anything. In those situations you have to be creative in how to keep your own ideal about whatever your vision is and your quality parameter. Maybe you do have to make less wine at the beginning. You do want to become a 5,000 case winery but start slow so that you can build to that and maintain those quality parameters that you're thinking of.”

On branding your product: “. . . it's not always easy; but to not compromise the quality. And when I mean quality I'm not just talking about the wine product. I'm talking about the quality of your staff, the quality of your suppliers.”

On staying small vs. building an empire: "The term I use for myself is you can get kind of caught up in empire building, and just because we could sell 15,000 cases – we’d chosen personally not to. So right now we’re plateaued and have been for about 3 years at 6500 cases, which means our building is really full. And it’s as full as we want to go and you can stay hands-on still.”
