Kingdom Awareness Radio, "Stop Looking Back"

    in Spirituality

There is a difference between having a spiritual wholeness naturally and a natural existence spiritually.  There is a spiritual and natural existence.  While the two can exist simultaneously, spirituality is supposed to take precedence over your past and your natural reality.  Your past or your present circumstance does not define your existence or your excellence.  The kingdom of God is a culture where the word of God prescribes, predestines, and precludes the state of your natural existence.   Your past does not define your future nor is your spiritually existence defined by your natural circumstance, positive or negative.  Call (310) 982-4267 at 6:30 tonight and every Thursday weekly to hear Kingdom Awareness Radio.  Kingdom citizens belong to and in God's kingdom.  Kingdom First, Kingdom Now, Kingdom Life!!!.

Show Us Some Respect! LGBT Community v. "Conscious" Community

    in Culture

This show is all about understanding and regaining the respect of our brothers and sisters who share the same roots. We continue to demoralize, disrespect and misrepresent ourselves as black people because of our sexualities, ethnicities and statuses in life. The "Conscious" community outlaws homosexuals, forgetting that they too are black and at the end of the day we must ALL unite to make positive changes within our communities. The LGBT community seem to only stand with black america when it involves gays and lesbians, forgetting that they too are black and that more than just their rights to practice their own sexuality and way of life are not the only issues. They too are outlawed simply for the color of their skin. With this discussion, we will have both communities hearing one another out to better understand our positions and ways of thinking as well as discussing solutions to meet on a common median where we can focus on the bigger issue of black people as a whole. We have to find a love for all of our brothers and sisters regardless of sexuality, if at all possible. You do NOT want to miss this explosive show!!

Melanated Woman: Socialization and Raising Our Black Children

    in Culture

Socialization is the process by which children and adults learn from others. We begin learning from others during the early days of life; and most people continue their social learning all through life (unless some mental or physical disability slows or stops the learning process). -

Who have we learned from for over 400 years?  What do we know about ourselves?  Who have we been trained to be? Who will our children and grandchildren become.

As  Africans, must re-educate ourselves, cast aside the corrupt programming and prepare to properly educate future generations.

Remember, the education of an African child starts in the home.
