Being Outted: The Morphing of Masonry or How Good Men Are Duped

    in Lifestyle

Moving forward while preserving trust.  While we have been getting older, sixty-two people accumulated as much wealth as 1/2 the population of Earth. History tells us that imbalances like this are always resolved under attack. Roman outlawed hubris.  It was wrong minded and provocative to lord riches and rank above citizens. They eventually repealed that law, an fell into moral, economic and military decline. Once again, wealth has become a symbol of greed.  Men who have nothing, when they loose hope are a danger.  Children are starving, dying.  The diaspora in the millions are heading to the west. Agri-business has replaced the family farm but wealth has been there to buy up acreage for estate living. I believe freemasonry has enough resiliency to weather this instability but what comes of this new age reformation will be changed. We still trade on genius and celebrity, pleased having some curb appeal knowing thousands and thousands of contributions and acts of kindness eventually come together to define nations as they define us.  We have never wanted to compete with cultural power.  We share an unassailable belief in the goodness of mankind, helping the misfortunate and dedication to the advancement of humanity through arts & science; the two fascinations that define humanity. We modernize as we always have, as a small group of men with an honourable history and enduring moral alternative.

    in Self Help

Join us Saturday 2.6.16  Time: 8:00pm till 9:00pm EST for Provocative Thought with Carlton Steed.  Call 3479890180 to speak with the host.

Carlton Steed is a self proclaimed student of life in the search, discovery, and revelation of life on life’s terms.

    Topic: Casual Sex

This is a journey into the idea of self, social, media, and cultural subjugation, exploitation, and objectification of sexual energy. Is it simply a matter of opinion or do the conditions that we choose to behave sexually in define who we are, what we are, and how valuable our sexuality is or isn’t. Is casual sex an esteemed behavior? Are there more admirable and ethical conditions to initiate, perpetuate and maintain a sexual relationship? This is definitely a heavy topic to discuss. Make your opinions known call in 3479890180

    Saturday High Noon

    in Politics

What's the matter with Kansas? "The Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy recently reported that Kansas has the ninth-most unfair tax system in the county.  A Kansan earning $47,700 a year pays 9.5 percent of income in state and local taxes; but someone earning $1,191,700 pays an effective rate of just 3.6 percent."

So much for the 'trickle down' libertarian economic theories masterminded by the Wichita plutocrats Charles & David Koch; and implemented by Gov. Sam Brownback and his cronies in the state legislature.

    Program Summary: Feb. 6, 2016

1st Hour - A special series first produced by The Real News Network 2015 featuring Pulitzer prize winning investigative journalist David Cay Johnston on his astounding trilogy of books about economic inequality in the United States.

2nd Hour - Hear the latest (released for distribution 20 Feb. 2015) from investigative reporter, Tony Gosling & "Old Labour" Martin Summer as they host from Bristol's community radio station the "Friday Drivetime" show.

DO IT FOR JOHNNY! FOCUS ON YOU AND NOT THE NFL NOW!!

    in Sports

Talking about the Johnny Manziel situation. He is getting deeper and deeper into what appears to be an addiction problem. He needs to focus on taking care of Johnny and NOT worry about the NFL right now. This is a topic I am very familiar with and hits home for me. Will be discussing what my personal opinions and thoughts are on addiction. I know plenty about. I have been sober for over five years. The first step is admitting a problem and at the same time eliminating the enablers. It appears that Johnny's enablers for years were his parents BUT his dad came out with a public statement saying that Johnny needs to get help or he will not see his 24th Birthday. DO IT FOR JOHNNY.

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 1285

    in Self Help

Tonight's special guest is Linda Dueling from Omaha, Nebraska, a child abuse survivor and active NAASCA volunteer family member. Linda was sexually abused and eventually raped by her Grandpa. This went on until she was about 8 years old. Later, at 12, she would 'fall in love' with a 20 year old who introduced her to IV drugs. At 15 she ended up living on the streets with a boy and they were eventually arrested for 'breaking and entering' when they tried to find shelter. He was sent to Juvenile Hall, but Linda was released to her mother. "Mom slapped and hit me the whole walk home about 12 blocks." She ran away again and experienced a horrible gang rape by a group of 'friends'. Linda says. "I know GOD saved me that night." Linda began using drugs again and meet a boy who would become her husband. "He began hitting me within months," Linda says. "I was beaten daily." It took nearly 2 decades before she joined a church and got clean. For a while things got better. She earned a Certificate in Counseling for Addiction. She built businesses and was seen as a 'success'. "I had over come my addiction and my marriage was now 'healthy' by everyone's standards. Yet I felt dead." In 2008 she tried to take her life. "I was held at the hospital for almost a month. When I left I went into Intensive Outpatient Therapy 5 days a week, four hours a day." In 2010 she'd had enough. "I left for a business trip and never returned home." Her life has improved but she knows she still has a long way to go. She pushes on "Telling this side of my story with out protecting anyone in the process is a new journey."

Black Intelligentsia via Israel Doctrine Community Covenant
    Support Our Community:  https://www.paypal.me/israeldoctrine

I will express myself with civility, courtesy, and respect for every member of the Black Intelligentsia online community, especially toward those with whom I disagree, even if I feel disrespected by them. (Romans 12:17-21)

I will express my disagreements with other community members' ideas without insulting, mocking, or slandering them personally. (Matthew 5:22)

I will not exaggerate others' beliefs nor make unfounded prejudicial assumptions based on labels, categories, or stereotypes. I will always extend the benefit of the doubt. (Ephesians 4:29)

I will hold others accountable by clicking "report" on comments that violate these principles, based not on what ideas are expressed but on how they're expressed. (2 Thessalonians 3:13-15)

I understand that comments reported as abusive are reviewed by Black Intelligentsia staff and are subject to removal. Repeat offenders will be blocked from making further comments. (Proverbs 18:7)

When we use the term intellectual, we are talking about people who struggle around ideas— writers, poets, scholars, researchers, teachers, students, and activists.
Intellectuals are people who grapple with ideas and who function in the cultural, political, educational, and economic domains of the society.
