    I HATE THE WORD PARTISAN

    in Politics Conservative

WHEN I HEAR BRIBE TAKING POLITICIANS SAY THE WORD PARTISAN THAT TELLS ME THE REPUBLICANS SOLD OUT.

COMMUNISTS NEVER CROSS THE AISLE. THEY ONLY WORSHIP THE DOUBLE CROSS. OBAMA GAVE THE IRANIANS ACCESS TO NUKE BUILDING MONEY. 700 MILLION A MONTH. HOW MUCH OF THAT MONEY GOES BACK TO OBAMA?

THAT WOULD BE AGAINST THELAW. WHO MAKES THE LAWS OBAMA. SEE THE REPUBLICANS RUN. THAT SAYING IS IN KINDERGARTEN COLORING BOOKS. HILLARY IS FINISHED, JEB BUSH IS FINISHED

STOP WITH   HITLERY CLINTON. SHE IS NOT THE CANDIDATE OF THE  COMMUNIST PARTY.

IF I WANT TO PLAY CHARADES .I  VOTE WITH MY GRAND KIDS. THE REAL CANDIDATE IS OFF STAGE LEFT  .

ONLY COMMISSAR  SOROS KNOWS THE REAL  CANDIDATE.

FOR SURE IT IS NOT  HITLERY. SHE IS NOT COMMUNIST ENOUGH. .

COMMUNISTS ALWAY REPLACE COMMUNISTS WITH ANOTHER COMMUNIST.

SO BE SURE WHEN IT IS TIME TO VOTE,  JOIN THE PARTY OF DEATH TO LITTLE CHILDREN. THE FLAG BURNERS PARTY. THE WEED WACKERS FOR HIGHER TAXES

THE THIRD WORLD AMERICA PARTY OF SMUGGLERS AND SLAVERS..THE PARTY THAT THE RUSSIANS WON'T GIVE A RIDE TO THE MOON. NSA NO SHOT AMERICA.

THE COMMUNIST PARTY THAT DISARMS UKRAINE AND REARMS DEATH TO AMERICA AND THE JEWS IRAN. THE COMMUNIST PARTY THAT BAILS OUT FELLOW COMMUNISTS IN CUBA.

FIRE THE RINOS. THROW OUT THE COMMOS. WE HAD A REVOLUTION. WE HAD A CIVIL WAR. NEXT COMES A RESURRECTION. GO AMERICAN OR GO HOME.

Doctor discusses spirituality and miracles in medicine

    in Spirituality

Born 10 weeks premature in 1952, Dr. Davin entered the world with a twin, both in profound respiratory distress. His parents were advised to find a funeral home and he and his twin brother were placed in 100% oxygen for 10 weeks. He was baptized "In Periculo Mortis," in danger of death, but, as he likes to say, he and his brother "fooled the bastards" and David went on to admire the pediatrician that frequently cared for him as a young boy, the only person worthy of admiration in the dark, blue collar, white ghetto in which he was raised, most notable for its alcoholism, bigotry, and domestic violence.

At around the age of ten he came upon a crowd of people three deep standing in the street around what he soon realized was the dying, bleeding victim of a multiple stabbing. People did nothing but wait for an ambulance as the man slowly died. Watching the life leave the man and spill onto the street with every beat of his heart, young Davin tried to work his way through the forest of grown up legs that repeatedly stopped the young boy who had taken off his belt to use as a tourniquet. The grown ups refused to let the child through, even though they just stood around helplessly. The man died before the ambulance arrived. David knew that if they would just get out of his way he could help the man live. Now, some fifty years later, he is still asking the endless crowd to get out of his way so he can do what he knows he must do.

#108 – Hillary Has Magical Misery Tour, Marco In, Obama Apologizes, Terror-tots

    in Politics Conservative

Hillary Clinton has begun her fabulous Magical Misery Tour on the bus. It really must gall her to have to get out and press the flesh in Iowa and eat at a Chipotle Grill. She is used to flying high and living off the donations of Chinese and Saudi leaders. Of course she needs eight more years to make the misery of the average American equal to that of the average European and maybe even South American. Marco Rubio throws his hat in the ring and so far gives a decent speech but hasn’t said much. Obama continues to apologize to the world for America, this week to Cuba and Hamas unveils its version of the Cub Scouts; the Cubs of the Caliphate. We prefer the term terror-tot.

    Irrationality makes for interesting times

    in Politics Conservative

Seems you nver really know what our present president will say or do next.

Don found yet another mind boggling example.

"I’m not interested in having battles that frankly started before I was born. The Cold War’s been over for a long time." - Barack Obama, 11 Apr 2015, commenting at the Summit of the Americas on the prolonged conflict between the United States of America and Communist Cuba.

But irrationality, and peop,le being willing to follow it blindly, are nothing new.

On last week's show, Don mentioned a fellow by the name of Charles Mackay.

We'll connect some dots this week, showing that what the current rash of what Barack Obama calls "fundamental transformation" may be little more than what a Scottish journalist noted as
"national delusions" or "peculuar follies:" nearly 175 years ago.

The Art of Stillness with Acclaimed Travel Writer, Pico Iyer

    in Self Help

Sister Jenna welcomes travel writer Pico Iyer on the America Meditating Radio Show!  Why might a lifelong traveler like Pico Iyer who has journeyed from Easter Island to Ethiopia, Cuba to Kathmandu, think that sitting quietly in a room might be the ultimate adventure? Because in our madly accelerating world, our lives are crowded, chaotic and noisy. There’s never been a greater need to slow down, tune out and give ourselves permission to be still.

Pico Iyer was born in England, to parents from India, and was educated at Eton, Oxford and Harvard. He began his career documenting a neglected aspect of travel -- the sometimes surreal disconnect between local tradition and imported global pop culture. He has written 12 books, exploring also the cultural consequences of isolation, whether writing about the exiled spiritual leaders of Tibet or the embargoed society of Cuba.

Pico’s latest focus is on another overlooked aspect of travel: how can it help us regain our sense of stillness and focus in a world where our devices and digital networks increasing distract us? He is a contributor to many magazines, writer of screenplays and liner-notes and introductions to 40 other books. His newest book is, "The Art of Stillness."  Visit http://picoiyerjourneys.com and watch Ted Talk on the Art of Stillness.
