Jacob is a Senior Editor of REASON magazine. The July 2011 issue is a SPECIAL ISSUE on CRIMINAL INJUSTICE: Inside America’s national disgrace. Jacob wrote three of the pieces of this quite impressive issue and was co-editor with Radley Balko. I wrote to the editor about having someone discuss the issue with me and he suggested Jacob. He felt he had some of the strongest articles. My interest has several aspects. I was a Probation Counselor and then a Deputy Probation Officer in Watts and Santa Monica during the summers. I’ve spent my life in K-university classrooms and was the one who dealt with the “problem kids.” I saw and experienced how our educational system contributes to the injustices we live with - usually complaining, but too frightened to fight. I tried to live by the Constitution and mutual respect, but seldom saw due process or any of our Bill of Rights offered to ANYONE, staff or students. There is a positive correlation between what happens in our schools (and cultural beliefs) and our horrendous criminal INjustice system. I know Jacob will give you plenty to think about and some suggestions about what we can do individually and as a nation. Don’t miss this show. firstname.lastname@example.org

Years ago, Kindergarten teachers would tell their little darlings, "Wave at the police officer; he's your friend." Now a days, if you wave a a police officer they may look for a way to pull you over and ask what you're up to. How did we become soooo suspicious about our police force today? How did they become so suspicious of us? Splash has some definite feelings about this and he'd like to hear yours.
On tonight's show we'll talk about law enforcement and how we can mend the rift between the public and the Criminal Injustice System as a whole.
We will also talk about Hillary .... Oooooo, Hillary. .... And there is more Obama the Warmonger news ..... So much going on here there and everywhere ~ The economy, Russia, The Middle East. We may just touch on everything!
Tune in tonight and Jump Right In!
Blood in My Eye was completed only days before the martyrdom of George Jackson, August 21, 1971 at the hands of San Quentin prision guards. While in prision he read widely and transformed into an activist and political theoretician who defined himself as a revolutionary. As a revolutionary he found meaning in his prision existence.
George Jackson University is designed to turn the criminal mentality into a progressive one. Every prisioner behind bars or walking the streets have the potential to have a changed mentality, and work against the system that enslaved us to begin with.
Listen in as we discuss the writings of George Jackson, talk to his family, friends, comrades, those whom he was incarcerated with.
We will examine the ideology of George Jackson; and see how far advanced he was/is.
What can we do for Political Prisioners? What's the latest news and more!

We are taking a look back at 2014 and the lesson learned during the year. Many could say that 2014 was the most challenging year of their life and others will say the most successful. We have seen everything from social injustice heightened with the murders of Mike Brown and Eric Gardner to spiritual lethargy in the church.
Joining Apostle Norma Gray this week on the Gray Matter Show for a roundtable discussion are two anointed women - Pastor Sheila Ashley of Total Agape Healing and Deliverance International Ministries in Warren Robbins Georgia and Apostle BJ Relefourd of Vision Life Ministries in Lawrenceville, GA as they share prophetically a retrospective view of 2014 and insight for 2015.
The country been engaged in peaceful protest for the injustice of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. Police brutality is happening so much in this nation to the point it's a everyday occurence. Our elected officials stay quiet while the country is angry and want change in police culture. Will the protest work? Will we see change with police?
