    Criminal Justice System vs. Crime

    in Politics

Tonight we will discuss the Criminal Justice System and why it is not working for black people.  We will also discuss a case here in Inkster, Michigan concerning the beating of a 57yo African American Male below:

Fighting back tears, a Detroit man and longtime auto worker with no criminal history, described how Inkster police officers dragged him from his car one night in January, choked him, beat him and Tasered him during a traffic stop that was caught on patrol car video.

"He was beating me upside the head," Floyd Dent, 57, told a horde of reporters and TV crews during a press conference at his attorney's office Wednesday afternoon, as tears trickled his cheeks. "I was trying to protect my face with my right arm. I heard one of them say, 'tase the M...F. '"

The Jan. 28 incident was caught on police video cameras and is making national news. It shows Inkster police pulling over Dent in his 2011 tan Cadillac near South River Park Drive and Inkster Drive shortly before 10 p.m. The two officers approach with their guns drawn. As Dent opens the door, they pull him out and shove him to the ground. Dent does not appear in the video to be resisting arrest.

A Warrant for Criminal Charges Against Georgia's Governor Nathan Deal?

    in Politics

What would happen if hundreds of people from 159 Counties in the State of Georgia swore-out private citizen warrants and initated criminal charges against Governor Nathan Deal and Attorney General Sam Olens?  Well, this episode will discuss a "Warrant for Criminal Charges Against Georgia's Governor Nathan Deal," and the State Attorney General.  We will discuss the adverse effects of Georgia's private citizen warrant under OCGA 17-4-40 where citizens initiate criminal charges against members of the public with no oversight by the Georgia legislatures, judges or members of law enforcement;  notice is required, but judges have abandoned the notice provision and no police or investgative report is required to consider issuance of a warrant . We will discuss how simple it is for Georgia's Governor Nathan Deal and others to be the subject of an application for a warrant and arrest and we will discuss what Governor Nathan Deal can do by way of an executive order to issue an immediate Moratorium and Directive on the issuance of private citizen warrants. The moratorium will authorize reexamination of the law authorizing private citizen warrants as well as whether Georgia should repeal their laws and akin to states like Tennessee, whether Georgia should amend its laws to authorize summons as oppose to warrants, whether the onus on the party with the Burden of Proof to establish as a matter of law the existence of fact of all elements of his or her case should shift from "probable cause" to Clear and Convincing for issuing a warrant or to Beyond a Reasonable Doubt before a person can be subject to deprivation of their liberty (jailed).

TS RADIO w/ Joe Roubicek on Criminal law applied in corrupt probate cases

    in Parents

Hosted By Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Our guest this eveniing is Joe Roubicek, a detective who has dealt directly with the targeting of the elderly by predators in the probate system.

We are exposed to the criminal activity facilitated by corrupt probate courts and those who depend on them for access and protection, every day of the week.  While the elderly are systematically targeted, kidnapped, isolated and neglected so that their estate can be siphoned off by the court appointed predators, a growing movement is underway to charge those responsible, criminally.

The corruption associated with probate courts across the country with the corresponding theft of estates perpetrated by predatory guardians, unethical attorneys and others who have interjected themselves into the case, has become a hot button topic. How to deal with these people in a so-called "justice system" that routinely works to protect the predators has also become the focus of many efforts.

Joe will be speakiing about what can be applied to criminal law in probate cases.

African Gods Did Not Relegate Women Criminal Christian Bible Did

    in Religion

If you read the complete human history, then you would know the difference between, those ignorant statements in the bible and the coherent narrative, in world hostory textbook. The [word] history, means the recorded account the of human community--how people lived on a daily basis, how they shared ideas, how they ruled and were ruled, and how they fought. The first 200,000 year segment of human history, is well documented in our world history book today. The modern religion of Christianity Judaism and Islam, which purported a spurious idea of Allah/God, is not authentic competition for the untural human history. The biblical creation of people is fiction, and the principal characters are phantoms, with no literal place of redsiden--or contact with humans. The relegation of women by a God in the bible, should not be assumed as something real, because the bible lies about who God is. By the lie about God makes it impossible for there to be a Jesus Christ.  The bible is about criminal behavior.
