Holla If You Hear Me ( Is God's Word Still Accepted In The Black Community)

    in Spirituality

In honor of the late Dr. Fracess Cres Welsing I wanted to do a show that shows how far the total black community has fell in a whole.  No longer do we do the things of God, nor do we practice any of our ancestors traditions. Instead, we've relied on a society that's main objective is to completely wipe us off the planet.  Yet that is what we worship, fear and follow.  We've become an unorganized group of people who seek self gratifications in order to feel human and no longer spiritual.

Featuring original compositions as well as standards and classics from the Great American Songbook and Post-Bop eras, the album serves as a tribute to the famed artists who frequented the legendary Chicago Jazz club in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
