While EMU's win-loss total wasn't the worst in the MAc in 2013, it's hard to find a team that had a worse experience. On the field, the team struggled, mightily. Their coach was fired after he was caught on tape verbally abusing the players, and in a terrible tragedy one fo their own was murdered midway through the season.
But 2014 brings new beginnings, and hopefully healed wounds for the Eagles. Chris Creighton, formerly of Drake, was brought in to take over the program and by all accounts has brought a wave of fresh energy into the program. Players are fired up. The atmosphere around the team is positive, and with the addition of "The Factory" and a former Penn state quarterback have the fanbase excited for 2014. Will the Eagles take a giant step forward this fall, or will it be a slow process? We brought on Jeremy Rosenberg from Eagle Totem to preview EMU's 2014 season.

I have found the greatest love of all, which is self love. When we can love ourselves we are open to give and receive love.
I was Born in Montreal, Canada and lived most of my life there. My husband is an American and I have re-located to Pennsylvania to be with him. I am now a citizen of The United States.
I enjoy golf, writing, reading, taking long walks with my dog and visiting new places when on vacation.
What I write is written from true life experiences but a few are created from my imagination. Writing, what feelings harbor in my soul, gives me enjoyment. I have been writing since I was very young.
I write Novels, Poetry, Press Articles and Releases, and Song Lyrics. I hope to continue to write for as long as it gives me pleasure. Daveda Gruber

There are no definites when it comes to March Madness. With two talented teams and just one game to determine which school advances, hours of analysis can fall by the wayside because one team was on the right end of a couple of lucky breaks.

So now that we have reached the final 4 we will discuss who made it. Did the experts get it right or did an underdog make them all look bad. How did our own Alex and Gabriel do with their prediction for the final 4. We will preview the semi-final matchups and predict for ourselves who will win the NCAA title
Let the games begin!
March's Madness is upon us. It's an all hardwood edition of the show with the most asinine analysis imaginable. Mike "the Buzz-saw" Asti and George "the Howitzer" Gerbo share their brackets and overthink the NCAA Tournament, a tournament their grandmothers probably have just as good of a shot at predicting accurately.
Before college basketball owns the sports world, your favorote sports genius' cover some news from the professional ranks. The NBA is not be ignored, as the New York Knicks have hit the headlines, and not for embarassong drama. Phil Jackson brings his championship pedigree to the franhise he once won championships with as a player. Can Phil be a legendary executive, like he was a coach. How tall of a task does the Zen Master have ahead of him? Will Phil Jackson's presence influence Carmelo Anthony's impending free agency decision? Does Mike still want Carmelo to sprint the Hell out of New York?
The field is set for another memorable NCAA Tournament. Wichita State is undefeated, but got the toughest bracket for a number one seed. Did the Shockers get screwed? Louisville is the defending champion and red hot, yet are a four seed. Could this be a blessing in disguise? Is Syracuse on serious upset watch, after crawling through the end of the season? Which low seed could make a run? How dangerous are historic giants like Kentucky, North Carolina, and UCLA, despite entering as underdogs? Will George ride a bandwagon cursing a team? With much under the radar tournament success, can Michigan State respond to finally being a sexy pick?
Expect the cream to rise to the top of March Madness, just like the Buzz-saw will rise above the Howitzer (as always).
They conquer brackets better than Obama. And the Howitzer and Buzz-saw conquer sports radio, one day, at a time....
