Last week's show was about loving your imperfect self. But, what about one's work? How do you release the need to be "perfect" in your art, music, writing, or other creative endeavor?
Sometimes, the fear of making mistakes stops us as creative people from doing the work that we love and enjoy. The world misses out on our beauty, which is a very sad thing.
Today's show is about why making mistakes rocks during the creative process.
Join me, Lisa Selow, as I talk about how to turn your mistakes into gold!

We'll be discussing the Jurassic World Trailer and how errily simular it was to the horrible plot we jokingly gave thought to. plus other tidbits floating around the internets.
The meat & potatoes of this episode, however, will focus on what makes a good story and how to start the process; Mainly world building and aquiring a creative team. Not in a bland clinical manner either. This discussion will be colorful, filled with profanity and sexual analogies.
I'm not kidding either.
see you then!!
Trusting the creative process and an attitude of gratitude… Magic happens when we combine all of this into a ‘spiritual smoothie’ so to speak and as we begin to believe in processes that may not always show us what we feel they SHOULD, we can blow the barn doors of manifestation WIDE OPEN! Always our attitude IS the KEY and when GRATITUDE is where the ATTITUDE seats itself… well just try it and see what can happen! The creative award-winning artist David Martinka created a beautiful piece of music for this program and for this we are most grateful, find his works @ www.redbellymusic.com and www.sunshadows.net and there are many wonderful options there. And we are grateful that you FOLLOW this network @ www.blogtalkradio.com/perspectivepower and CONNECT with Annette Rochelle Aben on YOU Tube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pintrest. Of course we LOVE that you SHARE your GRATITUDE on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/perspectivepower
“I don't know exactly where ideas come from, but when I'm working well ideas just appear. I've heard other people say similar things - so it's one of the ways I know there's help and guidance out there. It's just a matter of our figuring out how to receive the ideas or information that are waiting to be heard.” ~ Jim Henson
Everyone has the ability to create. How does the creative process work? Are there tools and techniques that can help us harness the process? How can we move the obstacles that appear to block us in this process...how do we become 'unstuck?'
