Every Wednesday at 6pm we invite people to call in an get educated about their rights and not become a victim of injustice. The host Mr. Sonny B. Southerland has fought child protective services all the way to the U>S> Supreme Court and won, proving that a CPS caseworker can be sued for causing the wrongful removal of six children back in June of 1997 by giving false statements to a family court judge to obtain a warrant to remove his children that were placed in the foster care system.
Mr. also is the founder of The People's Advocacy Group (PAG) that he started in 1997 and has produced weekly shows on human rights for the past 15 years and can be seen every Wednesday at www.bcat.tv on channel 1 at 2:30 and at 10:30pm.
CPS custody-battle parents can still have a Christmas filled with joy, though sad and broken-hearted, as I would be too (www.blogtalkradio.com/paula-flowe/2014/12/08/arizona-cps-exposed-what-to-give-a-cps-custody-child-for-christmas-2014).
Facts for parents to consider to inspire choosing that perfect “gift” for their loved one:
19 US states allow educators to take a wooden board to strike the sons and daughters left in their care.
Among primary targets for this maltreatment are sons and daughters in foster care, as foster care parents often sign school policy forms to give the school permission to strike sons and daughters of grieving parents for their “misdeeds.”
Currently, there is available US federal legislation to ban the abuse of all school age American sons and daughters entitled “Ending Corporal Punishment in Schools Act,” HR 5005, crafted to prevent this maltreatment and other “legalized” forms of “pain-based behavior management” targeted at this population of disadvantaged American schoolchildren and teenagers. A son or daughter, yours or someone elses, will be protected from this sanctioned abuse if the bill is passed into US federal law by Friday, January 2, 2015, 6 pm EST.
Contact us. Say, “I want to give Johnny and Janie HR 5005 for Christmas. What can I do to help.”

We all know that CPS is a corrupt, money hungry, and greedy agency. They do not care about the best interest of the children. They are incentivized by bringing in more children and this is what they do for a living. Things have changed and keeping children safe is not their priority. They want raises and promotions and they get these by stealing more children. Then they cry that they need more funding and more employees. This is an epidemic that needs to be checked, and checked hard and fast. Strength is in numbers and we need to all band together to expose this corrupt agency that is in every state and many countries.
We all know that CPS is a corrupt money machine that does nothing but destroy families and some of us have to "enjoy" Christmas without our Children. This is a place to vent and get some advice that may help you. Remember, the clock is ticking and the longer your child is in foster prison the closer they are to try to adopt out our beautiful chidren. Anyone is welcome to call in and vent about how you feel. After the show we will email this link and so can you to all the CPS workers you can find. Keep it clean please. We are trying to spread the message and let these people see thst inflicting cruel and unusual punishment is against all of our constitutional rights. We need an army and we are forming one to beat these people at there own game. They push fraudulent paperworkk for a living so it does not matter what you say. You have to push the paperwork right back at them. A public pretender or the GAL is not out for the best interest of your child. They are there to protect there job and keep milking taxpayers money CPS = Career Protective Services. Beating these people at there own game is not for the lazy but it can be done and a movement is beginning. We want to expose the corruption so call in to talk about this.
A Child Protective Services (CPS) rally was held at the Arizona State Capitol Building for needed changes regarding children, teenagers and infants being taken away from their families for profit by this network. Today's show guests, Cliff and Shelley Hoelz were in attendance and will be giving a summary of the day's events.
The Hoelz's will discuss who the CPS CARE team is a recent meeting they held with this team.
Other topics to be discussed include:
What does the word "permanency" mean when used by CPS? What does the experience consist of for sons and daughters placed in CPS group homes? What are RTC's and its impact on CPS victims. What is the Young Adult Program? Is it favorable for CPS families or not? How about "behavior health issues" and CPS--how are they handled?

Child Abuse in America
Children are suffering from a hidden epidemic of child abuse and neglect. Every year more than 3 million reports of child abuse are made in the United States involving more than 6 million children (a report can include multiple children). The United States has one of the worst records among industrialized nations – losing on average between four and seven children every day to child abuse and neglect.
14% of all men in prison and 36% of women in prison in the USA were abused as children, about twice the frequency seen in the general population. 7
Children who experience child abuse & neglect are about 9 times more likely to become involved in criminal activity.
CPS CORRUPTION seems to be a major problem in the U.S. People are losing their kids at an alarming rate and in some cases for no good reason at all. Tonights show will feature CPS' corruption. It appears its all about the money and not the walfare of the kid(s). In this case their is a beautiful little girl and her mom and dad are fighting to get her back home where she belongs. Please listen to their story and call the show with advice and comments. Lets help put this family back together.
