We originally had a totally different topic set for tonight's show, but after the unfortunate chain of events that took place on Monday, November 24th, we HAD to postpone our original topic to next week and cover this tragic event. Officer Darren Wilson faced Indictment for the fatal shooting of 18 year old Mike Brown and after a Grand Jury finished deliberating, they decided not to indict Officer Wilson on any of the charges he faced which included: 1st Degree Murder, 2nd Degree Murder, Voluntary Manslaughter and Involuntary Manslaughter.
Officer Darren Wilson never faced one day of jail time for gunning down Michael Brown in cold blood after which Mike Brown was left lying face down in the middle of the street in front of the citizens of Ferguson for 4 hours before his body was eventually taken away. If it were a regular citizen that gunned down Michael Brown but claimed "Self Defense" as Officer Darren Wilson claimed, do you think he would've had to face a Grand Jury just to see if he would get indicted, or do you think he would've been immediately arrested, indicted, and would've had to await trial to plead his innocence?
Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, Eric Garner, Mike Brown, and those are just some of the High Profiled Cases. The list sadly goes on and on. The question is when is it enough, and when will justice finally prevail on the black side of the coin for a change? Why are people given a License To Kill Blacks? What is the Justice System going to do to ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of the Black African American and other non-white citizens?
These thoughts and views along with plenty of others will strongly and unbiasedly be expressed tonight, so make sure you don't miss out because it's about to get realer than ever on It's Real Talk Radio!

This series will address the error and danger associated with the all-pervasive embracing of a non-scriptural and casually committed to version of the gospel. A modern phenomenon, that is deceiving people into believing that they have received and are assured of an eternally secure salvation without the true surrender, commitment and passion required by Christ and the original leaders of the Church, according to scripture. This has in fact, metamorphosed into another gospel completely, a false gospel. The controversial and consequential issues of the sinner’s prayer, born again and centrality of personal relationship with the Holy Spirit are dealt with extensively.
The message of the series is that we must honestly examine and make sure that the modern gospel that is being offered wholesale and indiscriminately to all with less and less scrutiny and cost to the recipient is the truth and really procures salvation. This is so crucial, as we enter into the era of the “great delusion” that scripture warns us about which will appear in the very last days. The deception is said to be so strong, that if it were possible, even God’s elect would be deceived! The author brings a fresh analysis of the true relationship and commitment that Christ offers and demands of those whom He calls. Inviting the reader into a vibrant, personally rewarding and powerful relationship with the Living Christ through the Person of the Holy Spirit.
This message is life and death to a generation that is so scripturally ignorant and lacks the experience and foundation of traditional, biblical faith while being equally bombarded with so many erroneous and dangerous teachings, cleverly cloaked in mixtures of secular, esoteric and dangerous doctrines of demons passing for contemporary spirituality and all embracing, unprejudiced Christian faith.
If you’re not familiar with Ms. Stewart, she is the author of “The 3rd Eye”, the original source material and basis for the Matrix and Terminator franchises. Ms. Stewart has registered her work with the US Patent and Trademark office, and they validate she is the sole, legal owner of all IP, trademarks, copyrights, movies, DVDs, merchandise, and all other derivative products and services connected to both franchises.
Her work was stolen by Warner Bros and Fox, and she was never compensated nor credited for her creative, protected expressions. Instead of compensating her, Warner Bros and Fox paid a team of attorneys to “represent” her, and they intentionally sabotaged her original copyright infringement case in California.
When she found out in 2007 that Jonathon Lubell, the lead attorney that was supposed to “represent” her had been disbarred and convicted of stealing money from a client, she initiated a lawsuit in Salt Lake City where she lived at the time.
Ms. Stewart has since waged a 7 year battle in the US District Court in Salt Lake City alleging fraud, negligence, civil rights violations, due process violations, and a host of other civil and criminal violations. The named defendants include Jonathon Lubell and 3 other attorneys. However, Warner Bros and Fox are ultimately liable, as they paid for the defendants to sabotage her case. In addition to paying off the defendants, Warner Bros and Fox paid off other law enforcement and regulatory agency personnel, US Patent and Trademark lawyers and examiners, court clerks, various other attorneys, and other co-conspirators, through a multi-million dollar slush fund.
Let's continue our Custody Wars conversation and get a lawyer's perspective. How do we prevent custody wars? What do we do if we are already in a custody war?

You can not escape this topic at all. Dr. Bill Cosby's past is in the news AGAIN!
The accusations about the people who say he used a drug to take advantage of them have resurfaced. Some have been paid off and some are new to the scene altogether.
You would have had to be under a rock in order for this not to be something you have heard of even a headlines worth. A lot of nerves have been hit with this comin out again. There are those who have been sexually assaulted that are passionately speaking out for his accusers.
There are interviews where he will not open his mouth to speak about these accusationa at all and America feels like he owes them this. He has been America's favorite African American Dad for a number of years. He seems to be losing ground at 77 years of age.
The court of public opinion is not playing. But do they know what they want as restitution from Dr. Cosby? What will make all well with the world again as far as he is concerned?

With a quick substance check of myself: I was married, with children (that weren't my own), divorced after divorcing, ended up in a court fighting the courts over child support. The courts did not have jurisdiction so, they played a 'foul move' with the grandfathered Common Law Marriage (which, in the State of Illioins, was used last in 1959 by wed's, Mary and Teddy Johnson). I acted fast and went on to 'use' the bond of then (and up until now) Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Courts (Cook County). Long story short, the ILCS (Illinois Complied Statutes) was where the bond was located (705 ILCS 105/4) and the State, has been paying out a portion of the $5,000,000.00 statutorily bond policy and as much as, $2,600.00 is paid, to this day!
Short and sweet, right? Well, the just of this is you have to become educated about the what can and can not be used, in the interest of the law, principal of agreeing parties and collections of data providing a means of comfort in a uncomfortable dynamic world, we live in!
Paul Richmond is an artist, activist, and storyteller. His work often incorporates elements of pop culture, politics, and his own experiences as a gay man. You can see all of his work, purchase some prints and more at http://paulrichmondstudio.com. His latest series, War Paint, explores ideas of identity and masculinity through expressive, figurative paintings of men covering their bodies with paint. He enjoys working with models who have made important or interesting contributions to LGBT culture, and he's painted everyone from Jack Mackenroth to Perez Hilton. Many of the "gaylebrity" models were a part of his Cheesecake Boys series, a gay/male spin on classic pin-up art from the 40's and 50's.
When he's not painting, he is busy with a non-profit organization that he founded with his childhood art teacher called the You Will Rise Project. Their mission to empower young people who have experienced bullying to speak out through the creation of uncensored artworks. He was bullied horribly as a kid and having a creative outlet made all the difference. He does free workshops for young people, a mentorship program connecting college artists with bullied high school students, a special project last spring called Art For Michael in support of an 11 year old boy who attempted suicide after being bullied for his love of My Little Pony, and a new social media photo campaign called #SelfieRespect. Continue tomorrowSpecial CLASSROOM DNA Talk show with Phyllis Austin…Today 11 am CST / 12 pm EST Wednesday November 26, 2014 We will sound off on the Non- indictment of Darren Wilson in the murdering of Michael Brown.
Probable cause is a level of reasonable belief, based on facts that can be articulated, that is required to sue a person
in civil court or to arrestand prosecute a person in criminal court. Before a person can be sued or arrested and prosecuted, the civil plaintiff or police and prosecutormust possess enough facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the claim or charge is true.
Fact: Michael Brown was unarmed.
Fact: Michael Brown’s arms and hands were up. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/11/25/witness-michael-brown-said-i-give-up_n_6218986.html
I am a reasonable person and I believe a crime was committed and so does a lot of other people who are reasonable.
