Most of us know country music artist Clay Walker for his hit songs “She Won’t Be Lonely Long” and “Live Until I Die.” Most recently, he’s been in the recording studio preparing for the release of new music, prepping for a number of tour dates throughout spring and summer across the U.S. and Australia, and is making headway in the world of television as host in the second season of the Outdoor Channel’s Trophy Hunters.
Amidst all of his fame and success and juggling life on the road, Clay lives with a relapsing form of multiple sclerosis (RMS). Since being diagnosed almost 18 years ago, Clay has worked tirelessly to manage his RMS and raise the awareness of the disease.
With World MS Day (May 28) approaching, Clay is speaking out, in partnership with Teva Pharmaceuticals, to share information about what resources he uses to successfully manage the disease -- as a way to give back to others living with the condition. He’ll share details about his own journey and the importance of going “on the record” with your physician. In his case, taking time to keep current with his neurologist has had a huge impact, including a recent change in his disease management.
Laura Ashley is a brand new charming sensation that promises a powerhouse in country music. There is nothing fake about this 20-year-old country girl who is full of life, passion, and a hankering for adventure.
The music scene began early for this dirty-blonde spitfire. As a small fry, Laura would often scurry off to the horses to sing them a tune or two. The great outdoors was her everyday stage.
Though Laura has devoted many years to classical vocal training, her true sass and joy comes out best when she’s belting it with a twang. A two time All-Stater in voice, Laura sings in church and at weddings. She recently decided to follow her dream of performing and writing country music. Music is part of her daily life whether practicing, performing, or writing she pushes on to go farther.
Though Laura is just beginning, she has already been blessed to sing backstage with artists Randy Houser, Thomas Rhett, Lauren Alaina, and Phil Vassar. Laura’s love for country music runs deep. With her love for wide open spaces and her remarkable little red horse, Lil' Bit, Laura is a true cowgirl. Heck, she's even ridden her horse to work on several occasions! With her authentic country background, anyone can see that her music is real!
So if you’re ever in their hometown you just might see Laura Ashley and her horse galloping across green fields with a sense of fierce freedom trailing behind them in the wind. And if you’re quiet you might hear a country song echoing off the golden Ozark hills. Laura has tucked her country voice inside all her life... until now. There’s a promising future for this cowgirl with big vocals and her little red horse!

Blaire Hanks is a young, new up and coming singer/songwriter in Nashville, TN. He grew up in a small town in north east Florida, had a great appreciation for many genres of music and began writing songs by age 15. Blaire developed a small fan base that encouraged him to pursue his love for music; he performed for many local events and fell in love with the idea of making a living doing what he enjoyed so much. Like many artists, Blaire knew if he was going to make a career in Country music, he had to move to Nashville. At only 19, he made that move, determined to find his way in Music City and make a name for himself. Blaire met some writers and made a connection with an singer/songwriter named Johnny T. They collaborated on a few songs and Johnny decided to cut a song they wrote together, 'Buzzin'. Blaire then released his first single as an artist to iTunes in January, 'Show You Off'. His debut EP recently released in May. Blaire has had the opportunity to open for Florida Georgia Line, and most recently opened for Dustin Lynch.

2Steel Girls, Country Music Duo from NBC’s, The Voice, season 3 team Blake Shelton were born and raised in Jackson County Ohio but are now pursuing their dreams from Nashville, TN. They have recorded with Blake Shelton, released their debut single on the Today Show, released their 1st CD in August 2013, performed on Hallmark’s Home & Family, RFD TV and more. On January 5th, 2014 the girls signed with PCG Nashville, an Artist Development company run by seasoned Nashville executive Bernard Porter. Stacy Burk is a country music artist from Van Alstyne, Texas. His musical influences are George Strait, Don Williams and Jim Reeves – you can hear that in his voice. He’s a genuine cowboy – you can see that in his confident demeanor.
Through a professional music consultant, Stacy was introduced to industry icon, Josh Leo (Alabama, Reba McEntire, Restless Heart, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Martina McBride, Kathy Mattea and LeAnn Rimes), and convinced him to produce his record. Leo, the industry proclaimed "Renaissance Man" recently celebrated another #1 song with Love and Theft’s "Angel Eyes" – the 23rd #1 song that Leo has touched in his 30-plus-year-music career as a songwriter, producer and musician.
Through a mutual friend Stacy reached out to Los Angeles based director, Dave West. Stacy was looking for a story or concept for a video for the song, "Til Your Boots are Dirty" and had seen two of West's short films ("Puddlejumper" & "The Do Over"). West came up with the idea of taking a ‘city boy’ to the country and over the course of the song he gets his ‘boots dirty’ and transforms into a ‘country boy.’ West and Burk polished the idea and then brainstormed on how to find a way to have the song and specifically the video to pop through an incredibly crowded landscape. They understood that going "viral" is not something you can really plan, but prepping yourself to be able to maximize social media is.
Through his multiple seasons working as a producer on Dancing with the Stars, West befriended Maksim Chmerkovskiy. One call to Maks explaining the story was all he needed to come onboard.
