The supreme council of elders is the legal entity and the legitimate body authorised by law to administer the customary affairs of Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB.
Generally indigenous people are those that have historically belonged to a particular region or country, before its colonization or transformation into a nation state, and may have different—often unique—cultural, linguistic, traditional, and other characteristics to those of the dominant culture of that region.
In the light of this, we as Indigenous people of Biafra has through the customary law as enshrined in the Nigeria constitution under the leadership and authority of the Supreme Council of Elders (S.C.E) constituted the Indigenous administration of Biafra people within Nigeria polity to assert and exercise our right to self-determination to ensure the safety of lives and property of our people, to protect our people from continues killings and to guarantee a safe nation where our people can be free, free from economic subjugation, free from social discrimination, free from religious motivated killing, free from terrorism.

Michelle “Mickey Hall hails from Cape Cod Massachusetts but was born in Queens, NY. Adopted to a family from the West Indies, and the only child, Mickey grew up always surrounded by questions of not only “who she was” but also “why she was different?” While adapting to the quietness of Cape Cod from the streets of New York, she struggled every day to understand the feelings that were surfacing when she looked at other women.
It wasn't until she entered college, which she found herself surround by other women who felt the same, that she broke out of her shyness and grew into the strong, proud Lesbian she is today. Surviving unimaginable abuse at the hands of family members and even the label of the “Black Sheep” of the family to not having contact with family for over 30 years, Mickey has come full circle and has been having a wonderful time reconnecting with family members.

In this special EPR broadcast, Pastor Will Griffith draws from the Book of Micah and suggests the United States needs to embrace new concepts in foreign policy that relies less upon military might and more on the Word of God in dealing with geo-political issues. He cites inequality in the human condition as the primary cause of war in our age, and cites the following scriptural text for the foundation of this broadcast:
"He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore." ~Micah 4:3
Pastor Will touches upon the lost opportunities to "lead with world" following 911 and how the opportunity for a new American foreign policy was squandered after the Cold War. He affirms the right of the United States and Israel to defend their national security interests and suggests it is time to begin looking at new formulas for our foreign policies.
In this 1/2 hour radio broadcast, Pastor Will illustrates that there is no difference in the Bush and Obama Administrations when it comes to the ready use of military options to address the War on Terrorism. He closes out the broadcast with a prayer for President Barack Obama and the United States Congress, and follows the teachings of Jesus Himself in praying for the sworn enemies of the United States, calling on God to intervene.
