It's that age-old dilemma: you've started dating a man, things are going pretty well - but you want to change some aspects of his style and personality. Is it ever possible or the right thing to do? Most men are pretty hardened creatures when it comes to their emotions. However, love is a crazy thing and it can change people in ways that you never thought possible. Do men change because the women wants them to or do they see something special in that women that drives him into changing himself? Can women be pushy and emotional when it comes to a man not changing when she wants him to change? Do some women drive men crazy to where they will give in and not really mean it?

Ryan Miner, host of A Miner Detail, will investigate the more than 20 reported incidents of child sex abuse or exploitation in the Montgomery County Public Schools since 2011.
Ryan will host several guests on the show to discuss how sexual predators were allowed in the Montgomery County Public Schools and how the background check process failed to protect children from predators in the school system. Ryan has invited parents, teachers and community leaders to offer policy alternatives to fix the system in place.
This show will focus on how to prevent future incidents from happening in the future and how to work with local school officials, and law enforcement to protect children in Montgomery County Public Schools.
From the WUSA9 Report:
"John Epps Junior was a contract employee for MCPS who did work in 58 schools. Ironically, the security camera technician was caught on surveillance video grabbing the behind of a 12 year-old Baker Middle School student. He's alleged to have done the same to a Damascus High School student. Court documents show Epps had a criminal history of groping women in public, of which the school system was unaware. He will go to trial in March for those school groping incidents."
Please call in to the show to join the conversation. Join Ryan Miner, host of A Miner Detail as brought to you by Change Montgomery County, on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 9:00 p.m.
*Editor's note: We will approach this conversation with an extra degree of delicacy and sensitivity considering the content and materials.
Topic: Climate Change and Scientific Chutzpah, A Conversation with Alan Journet
Is climate change as important as some people say? What does rigorous science tell us, and where are all the scientists. Alan Journet, as a professor of Ecology and Conservation, has spent many decades studying the systems that make human life possible on this planet, and is one of the champions in the field.
Scientists are unique people. They differ from businessmen, artists, and politicians in that they are dedicated to the truth. They reach the truth through critical thinking (see Truthiness Fever Audiobook). Scientists know the truth, but few of them speak out.
In this very informative and honest conversation, Prof. Journet will focus on the consensus reached by the true experts in the field, how people let their political beliefs trump their professional expertise, and why our scientists need to act now.
This show is designed to provide insight inspiration and access to information for the community. It is sponsored by Purpose for Women International, a non-profit which supports the ecomnmic development of the community, women and encourages enterprise.

On this special edition of Free for All Friday, Randall and Stacy are going to share an interview that took place at The National Religious Broadcasters Convention. The interview is with author Susie Jenkins, who wrote the book 31 Days of Mountaintop Miracles: One Woman's Legacy of Unconditional Obedience.
Miracles by definition are extraordinary events manifesting a supernatural work of God—an unusual event or accomplishment, a wonder, a marvel. A never-ending supply of miracles have made up Susie Jennings life since November 1993, when she and a group of volunteers distributed 100 new blankets to the homeless living under the Canton Street bridge overpass in downtown Dallas. In 31 Days of Mountaintop Miracles, Susie shares the legacy of a blanket distribution project that through God’s grace and guidance has grown from an unthinkable tragedy into Operation Care International (OCI), a worldwide outreach ministry, dedicated to caring for the homeless in Dallas, Texas and impoverished children around the world. With a spirit of unconditional obedience, Susie and her OCI Team have reached over 130,000 homeless men, women and children in the Dallas Metroplex area and conducted major outreach efforts to change the lives of thousands of impoverished children in nine countries, including; the Philippines, India, Africa, Taiwan/China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Jordan, and Israel. OCI has been faithful in carrying the message of love and hope to those in need through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With over 3,000 volunteers and serving 8,500 + homeless, OCI hosts the nation’s largest Christmas party for those in need, held every December since 2004 at the Dallas Convention Center.
