One of the most divisive issues in the church continues to be regarding tithing. Many misunderstand the term, its use in the scriptures and its meaning for the church today. We will be looking at the topic from as clear a perspective as possible, based on the scriptures. The act of tithing is clearly delineated in the scriptures, but a misunderstanding of the ways the term is used in scriptures and what happened at the Cross and Resurrection has caused many Christians to continue to be brought under the heavy weights of the Pharisees.
The scriptures can generally be broken down into the following timeframes:
1. PreCodification of The Law (before the law was written down);
2. The Codified Law (the written law);
3. Additions to the Law (included in post-Torah books of the Bible),
4. The Transition (when Jesus taught under the law),
5. The Fulness of Times: Grace! (from the Resurrection until whatever comes next).
For clarity sake, and to see the progression of God’s unfolding plan, we will review the scriptural usage and function of the tithe and tithing within each of these time frames. The scripture verses being discussed are included for clarity sake. References are in The New King James Version unless indicated; please feel free to refer to additional references and versions as desired.
Our goal here is not to correct other interpretations or applications of this topic, simply to place into context what the scriptures say, and how to respond according to our new spirit nature.

PAUL G HARCH MD Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy employs pressurized chambers in which the patient undergoes a series of “dives” in pure oxygen at varying depths of pressure, which is measured in atmospheres. Patients usually undergo 5, 1-hour dives each week for 8 weeks in the first round of treatment. After the first round, the physician will determine how many additional dives will be necessary for the patient to achieve the optimal clinical outcome.
Dr. Harch has long been considered a pioneer in hyperbaric medicine research and clinical applications. Author of The Oxygen Revolution, Dr. Harch has written numerous articles on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and has had several writings published in major medical journals. Dr. Harch was responsible for the scientific argument and application to Medicare that resulted in the approval of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Based on Dr. Richard Neubauer’s work and in conjunction with Dr. Van Meter he has developed many of the accepted protocols for HBOT in neurological disorders, including chronic traumatic brain injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in our military veterans.

Numbers drive sports in ways never imagined back when Babe Ruth's home run records of 60 and 714 were iconic. Today, numbers -- data -- determine which plays will be called and which players will make their millions. As fans, we love those numbers, from batting averages to vertical leaps. Yet, sports are big business, and numbers -- data analytics -- translate into bottom line performance for franchises. Analytics help to put fans in seats and keep salary caps at a safe distance.
Sport also is a proving ground for data analytics that can be applied to other businesses, from government to manufacturing, from retail to travel. Lessons learned in evaluating players can be applied to hiring. Revenue optimization techniques can spell success in baseball or just about any other business.
All Analytics Radio will look at how data is making a difference in sports, whether on the field or in the front office. Which sports analytics concepts can be extended to other business environments? Our guest, Ray Hensberger of Booz Allen Hamilton’s NextGen Analytics team, has plenty of ideas on the use of sports analytics. That team is building big data applications for the sports sector, while keeping an eye on how the same techniques can be used by their enterprise clients.
Join us on Tuesday, March 24, at 3 pm (ET), when Ray Hensberger discusses sports analytics as they are applied on the field and in the board room.
In this A2 Radio Show you will learn:
About applications that predict the likely play call for an opposing football team or baseball pitcher's pitch selection
About tools for evaluating athletes' skills and strengths
How successful sports franchises are driving attendance and their brands
And, how tools designed for success on the field, the court, or the ice can bring competitive advantage to your own business.

3/24/14 - Buyers overseas love Made in the USA and they’re willing to pay for the quality parts and products your employees produce. In July 2010, Microsoft transitioned from providing mainstream support for Windows Server 2003 to releasing critical patches only. July 14, 2015 marks another transition, this time the end of Microsoft support for Windows Server 2003/R2.
While this date may seem distant, now is the time to understand that the end of support and the end of life of Windows Server 2003 means that your business needs to ensure that it has a plan to migrate the applications and workloads currently relying on Windows Server 2003 onto Windows Server 2012 R2 or Microsoft Azure.
Just to be clear, End-of-Support for Windows Server 2003 means:
NO UPDATES Will be developed or released after the end of support
NO COMPLIANCE (HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc.) which speaks for itself
NO SAFE HAVEN as both physical & virtualized environments affected
If you're still using Windows Server 2003, you to start your planning to migrate off of Windows Server 2003 and onto a platform that will provide you the security and reliability that you’ve experienced over the last decade with Windows Server 2003, with the added value of the features now included in Windows Server 2012 R2, as well as the hybrid opportunities available to you with Microsoft Azure.
Delaying will only create additional expenses, and ‘rigging’ your environments to detect intrusion, inclusion of more advanced firewalls, network segmentation, and so on, to simply isolate Windows Server 2003 servers will only result in a datacenter that costs more, and is still out of compliance, and out of date. Not to mention the maintenance costs for aging hardware… you’re just delaying your opportunity to transform.
If You Plan To Stay With Microsoft What Should You Do Now? We'll discuss that in this series.
