The Say Hello Healing Practice: Soul Healing Miracles for OCD Master David Lusch

    in Spirituality

Today’s Show topic is about empowering you to self-heal Obsessive Compulsive Disorder applying the Say Hello formula.

At the age of ten, I started suffering from negative, obsessive thoughts, fears, worries, anxieties and compulsions of counting and touching things in the number of four or a multiple of four to temporary relieve me of this incredible suffering I was enduring. Over two years later, I was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I went through my life suffering from an incurable mental disorder that I was supposed to manage and suffer from for the rest of my life.

After suffering for over half my life from and taking medication (Anafranil) for OCD, I met Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha on June 8, 2004. This day is where my life dramatically splits from one where I suffered from OCD with no real hope of being healed to one where my Soul Healing Miracle journey began.

I received divine karma cleansing, divine soul downloads, divine blessings and practiced incredibly powerful soul healing techniques. Within one year to the day of meeting Master Sha, I was completely healed of OCD and never took my medication again. In February 2009, I was approved for normal medical health insurance coverage as given to a healthy person! You can read more about my personal healing journey of OCD in my book: How I Healed My Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Along the way on my Soul Healing Miracle journey, I have been healed of hypothyroidism, not being able to sing and much more. These are all very special moments in my life.

If you have any questions, need guidance, or would like to talk with me, please email me.

Heartline: Invitation to Solitude and Silence

    Today's Show:

    Invitation to Solitude and Silence

Solitude is the Christian discipline in which we withdraw from our life in the company of others in order to give our full and undivided attention to God. Silence deepens our experience of solitude as we allow the noise of our own thoughts, strivings, and inner compulsions to settle down so we can hear a truer and more reliable Voice—God himself speaking in the depths of our being.

Corinna Kaufman: How to Quit Whatever You Wan to Quit!

    in Motivation

The new book, How to Quit Whatever You Want to Quit,
by respected seminar leader and recovery specialist Corinna Kaufman, reveals the Ten Steps to Overcoming Lifelong Addictions

Overcoming addictions and compulsions, especially those we have struggled with for a lifetime, requires commitment. Therein lays the challenge. It’s a challenge because most people who struggle with compulsive behaviors and self-defeating patterns have already “tried everything.” So it is difficult for them to have hope. After a while their desire to “do better” remains just that—a desire to do better instead of practical action-taking in real time. This is where Corinna’s Ten Steps come in! These steps offer a fresh start for people who have almost given up. In fact, the book grew out of the author’s own experience with having tried everything for 20 years to deal with her own addictive behaviors, including addictions to overeating, soft drinks, cigarettes, and unhealthy relationships. Nothing she tried was working. She went to 12-step meetings religiously for 17 years. She was treated by a number of physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists. She tried pharmaceutical drugs—all to no avail. Ultimately, amazingly, she discovered that the key to her healing had been right there inside her all along. In fact, she realized we all have that quite magical key within us.

Free will is the ability of agents to make choices unconstrained by certain factors. Factors of historical concern have included metaphysical constraints (such as logical, nomological, or theological determinism), physical constraints (such as chains or imprisonment), social constraints (such as threat of punishment or censure), and mental constraints (such as compulsions or phobias, neurological disorders, or genetic predispositions). The principle of free will has religious, legal, ethical, and scientific implications. For example, in the religious realm, free will implies that individual will and choices can coexist with an omnipotent divinity. In the law, it affects considerations of punishment and rehabilitation. In ethics, it may hold implications for whether individuals can be held morally accountable for their actions.

    in Books

Join the Positively Incorrect ! Newsletter HERE   Scott Cluthe interviews Anne Katherine Live Thursday on her new book, Boundaries in An Overconnected World from New World Libray.   Over the past decade, 24-7 connectivity has given us not only convenience and fun but worries about privacy, intrusions into family time, and new compulsions — from shopping to tweeting and cute cat watching.   Anne Katherine, one of the first authors to bring healthy boundary setting to a mass audience, has now written a book on how to do this with technology. Rather than rejecting online life, Katherine shows readers how to make social media, smartphones, and other innovations work for, rather than against, them.   Readers learn to protect themselves online — from predators and data mining as well as from time-devouring friends and acquaintances — with an emphasis on preserving and optimizing meaningful personal connections. Anyone who has ever wondered if their cute little gadget was actually an enemy invader will welcome Katherine’s strategies for ensuring that “your life is truly your own.”
