    in Women

Some folks will not like me after this weeks session.  Time to get REAL about your FAITH people.   I hear more call in lines where it is quiet until the lines are unmuted. I hear folks chatting, televisions in the background folks laughing and some even saying inappropriate words and conversations.  The same folks are the first ones to jump up talking about AMEN HALLELUJAH but cannot tell you one thing that was discussed.  GET IT TOGETHER PSEUDO christians!  GOD IS NOT happy with your False praise.  You praise and show up until someone  asks for small donations suddenly the room is silent and cold COME ON PEOPLE.

    This weeks INspiration:

    James 1:22

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

    2 Corinthians 9:7

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

    in Psychology

"Suicide: Choice, or Compulsion?" Normally this is a show about people who make their dreams come true. But what about people who have lost their dreams? In only a few days, the internet has exploded with grief over the death of Robin Williams -- and controversy, as certain pundits have made disgracefully uncompassionate comments like "He made his choice." Uh, excuse me? Today, I read another excerpt from my forthcoming "Blue Blood, Green Heart," taking you back to the dark days of my own near-suicide. Was it a choice, or a compulsion? Then we'll take a look at Robin Williams' astrology chart, and the factors that pushed him over the edge after a 35-year career of comedy.

    MOTIVATION FOR TYPE B'S
    EPISODE #119

In this episode we’ll be chatting about:

The difference between type-As and type-Bs
How to create consistent motivation and follow-through for type-Bs
3 Ways we can all elevate the consistency of our motivation

    THANK YOU TO:

REASON WE ARE TALKING ABOUT PERSONALITY TYPES TODAY...A LETTER FROM A FAN, FROM "A DISHEARTENED TYPE B SEEKING MOTIVATION":

    Dear Trish,

I have been listening to you for years and have always appreciated the inspiration and encouragement. While I have gained invaluable lessons from your wisdom, I still feel an overwhelming burden or disappointment in myself when it comes to truly making lasting change. For months now, I have been asking myself why it is so hard when I have been given all the great mental tools by teachers like yourself and I am wondering if I am on to something...

You have mentioned, and it is clear that you are a Type A personality. Your bio and the experiences you have shared over the years in books and podcasts reveal your propensity for self-discipline and high standards. For you, this turned into compulsion, which you battled and won, and your success story "emerged." You were a personal trainer, which means you were able to hold others accountable as well as yourself, and additionally, were capable of managing others in your previous employment.

I admire all that you are able to accomplish as a result of your determination, but I have honestly been thinking lately, that we are just an entirely different species.

As a Type B, there are very few things I do habitually. Even things I (claim to) love immensely. I can't think of many beyond eating, and brushing my teeth.  I battle in my mind about getting started and dance around productivity by allowing my brain to run wild in multiple directions.
