"Suicide: Choice, or Compulsion?" Normally this is a show about people who make their dreams come true. But what about people who have lost their dreams? In only a few days, the internet has exploded with grief over the death of Robin Williams -- and controversy, as certain pundits have made disgracefully uncompassionate comments like "He made his choice." Uh, excuse me? Today, I read another excerpt from my forthcoming "Blue Blood, Green Heart," taking you back to the dark days of my own near-suicide. Was it a choice, or a compulsion? Then we'll take a look at Robin Williams' astrology chart, and the factors that pushed him over the edge after a 35-year career of comedy.

Freja Njorden independent hypnotist bodyworker emotional freedom facilitator and founder of Holistic Sexual Health is my guest. Websites www.thesensualist.org My work is my passion and I am happiest when thinking breathing, feeling, and doing what I love most. I first earned my massage diploma in New York, as well as studied the original Emotional Freedom Technique as presented by Gary Craig. In Germany I discovered and fell in love with the simplicity and incredible effectiveness of an updated method called faster EFT. Always interested in tools for change and an improved life, I pursued education in subliminal programming, quantum touch, tantric arts and studied Mindscaping and Hypnosis. I have been working independently with the mind-body connection and sensuality for the last 8 years, and consistently am upgrading skills, knowledge and techniques. I believe we are more mature and intelligent than the sexual culture in which we are taught sexual disconnect, objectification, compulsion, dissatisfaction and violence as the way things are. People are unsatisfied with the intimacy in their relationships and not understanding why or how to change it.

Galatians 5:22-26 (NKJ)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
stoy-kheh'-o—from a derivative of steicho (to range in regular line); to march in (military) rank (keep step), i.e. (figurative) to conform to virtue and piety :- walk (orderly).
It literally means to walk in line with; it is not the same as the word used for physical walking in (Gal 5:16). To walk in the Spirit is to walk along the path that He lays down
The person who is led by the Spirit will do what is right freely, not by a sign in the road; by set of rules or by compulsion from the law.
Walking in the Spirit is a sign of maturity understanding our purpose!
I appeal to you for my child Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my imprisonment, who formerly was useless to you, but now is useful both to you and to me.
I have sent him back to you in person, that is, sending my very heart, whom I wished to keep with me, so that on your behalf he might minister to me in my imprisonment for the gospel; but without your consent I did not want to do anything, so that your goodness would not be, in effect, by compulsion but of your own free will.
For perhaps he was for this reason separated from you for a while, that you would have him back forever, no longer as a slave, but more than a slave, a beloved brother, especially to me, but how much more to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord.
If then you regard me a partner, accept him as you would me.
Onesimus is useful, a slave who, after robbing his master Philemon at Colosse, fled to Rome, where he was converted by the apostle Paul, who sent him back to his master with the epistle which bears his name. In it he beseeches Philemon to receive his slave as a faithful and beloved brother.
Paul offers to pay to Philemon anything his slave had taken, and to bear the wrong he had done him.
He was accompanied on his return by Tychicus, the bearer of the Epistle to the Colossians. The story of this fugitive Colossian slave is a remarkable evidence of the freedom of access to the prisoner which was granted to all, and a beautiful illustration both of the character of Paul and the transfiguring power and righteous principles of the gospel.
Imputation is used to designate any action or word or thing as reckoned to a person. Thus in doctrinal language the sin of Adam is imputed to all his descendants, it is reckoned as theirs, and they are dealt with therefore as guilty; the righteousness of Christ is imputed to them that believe in him, or so attributed to them as to be considered their own; and...

A study published in 2012 found that conspiracy theorists frequently believe in multiple conspiracies, even when one conspiracy contradicts the other.
For some individuals, an obsessive compulsion to believe, prove, or re-tell a conspiracy theory may indicate one or a combination of well-understood psychological conditions, and other hypothetical ones: paranoia, denial, schizophrenia, mean world syndrome.
What say you? Do you believe any conspiracy theories out there? Why or why not?
Among other questions, the question we'll answer is: DO ANY OF THESE CONSPIRACY THEORIES HOLD UP? Share your thoughts and opinions live on-air or leave us an anonymous question via text or voice mail via our hotline at 404-590-4788.

In the World, power is a concept with two very different meanings--'power to' and 'power over.' . ‘Power to’ refers to the ability of a person to change the circumstances of her life by creating and exercising options. 'Power over' refers to the ability to limit the options of others.
Insecurity tends to make some people try to control situations and outcomes. Surely this imposes some inconvenience or friction on other people.
A strong interest in achieving power and control in a relationship, ironically, can produce in a primary aggressor, the ‘feeling’ of being controlled. This is because the disquieting effects of a partner’s independent actions trigger coercive responses that are in the primary aggressor’s repertoire but not in their self image.
Love includes an interest in the empowerment of the partner. Power over and love are incompatible. Love leaves room for influence and leadership, but influence can’t be forced. Leadership is based on attraction not compulsion. When an interest in power over and control is held by either partner, escalation and abuse are inevitable.
If you are truly "in" this Christianity, you will arrive at the point when looking around will no longer satisfy, or even intrigue, you.
The words of Solomon will echo in your mind: "Vanity of vanities, all is vanity" as everything on the earth into which you have poured your time and energy seeks another devotee, having extracted all it can from you while offering little, if anything, in return.
It is my conclusion that people do not 'Look Up' out of choice, but out of compulsion. President Lincoln was known to have said, "I have been driven many times upon my knees by the overwhelming conviction that I had no where else to go. My own wisdom and that of all about me seemed insufficient for that day." Similarly, I believe everyone will be compelled to look to the heavens at some point in their existence, not so much because they wish to go there, but rather because what they can see around them will no longer supply their needs.
The only real question, for everyone, is, "When will you 'Look Up', having established that there is nothing here left to see?"
