    Auric Fields & Energetic Exchanges!

    in Spirituality

On the show tonight Rosie is going to discuss Auric Fields and energetic exchanges between individuals and how they affect us daily.

The most well-known energetic field is the auric field. Every cell
in our body pulses with electricity. Electricity produces magnetism, which
means that every cell and organ, as well as the entirety of your body,
generates energy fields.  Empathic blending is a type of energy exchange that occurs commonly between people.  It is a visualization technique between two people that causes a slight blending of the aura fields or energy fields of the two people.

The show is hosted by Rosalea of Blended Herbal Treasures.  Rosie will be accepting calls the last hour of the show.  Call in early to be listed in the queue. Call in number is 1(714)888-7516.

    Running back commodity fallacy

    in Sports

Mind of Mansion Podcast Episode 120: Matt Kelley @fantasy_mansion is surprised to receive support from an ally in the fight against the running-backs-are-commodities narrative-war of our time.

It's en vogue right now to marginalize the value of the running back position and describe them as interchangeable and expendable commodities.

Dallas and Philadelphia have vastly different running back valuation philosophies.

Just because two running backs scored the same number of fantasy points does not imply they are interchangeable.

In 2008, Jamaal Charles, Ray Rice, Chris Johnson, and Matt Forte were drafted after Rahshard Mendenhall, Felix Jones, Johnathan Stewart and Darren McFadden.

Most first-round bust running backs were injured early in their careers.

Early round running backs are generally highly quality players than late-round and undrafted running backs with much higher success rates and are not interchangeable.

Shane Vereen and LeGarrette Blount were uniquely productive role players and intergral parts of New England's Super Bowl victory.

Advanced metrics, prospect evaluations, and fantasy football information were provided by PlayerProfiler.com.

Transparency, Private Exchanges & Consumer-Directed Benefits

    in Business

With less than two weeks until Private Exchange FORUM kicks off in Dallas, hosts Ron Bachman and Brent Macy are live in the studio for a discussion of some of the hottest trends in employer-sponsored health care, including transparency, health data, health management, private exchanges and consumer-directed benefits.

The first guest is Joseph Berardo, CEO of MagnaCare, a leader in managing self-insured health plans in New York and New Jersey. For 25 years, MagnaCare has helped self-insured employers take control of their health care costs by providing cost-effective tools and solutions. In this interview, Joe and the hosts will discuss the benefits of transparent health data and how this data can be used to effectively control health care costs for an employee population.

For the second segment, the hosts will welcome Jody Dietel, chief compliance officer, WageWorks, to the program for a discussion on strategies for effectively navigating and utilizing private exchange solutions. Private exchanges have given employers a new level of flexibility over the design and control of the costs of their health plans, as they are managing the health and wellness of their employees.  With the various types of exchanges already operating comes a responsibility to understand the different models and the factors that make them successful – or not - for any given company. In this interview, Jody and the hosts will discuss the key differences of private exchange models and provide strategies for this rapidly evolving dynamic in the marketplace.

The Sell with Soul Book Club - Are You an Exceptional Real Estate Agent?

    in Real Estate

Welcome to the new Sell with Soul real estate podcast for real estate agents who want to be the best thing to ever happen to their clients.

This podcast is different from pretty much any other real estate-related show out there in that we focus not on cheesy lead-generation techniques, ridiculous script memorization or intelligence-insulting objection busting strategies, but rather on being an Exceptional manager of a real estate transaction. One who inspires his or her Very Satisfied Clients to tell the world about their wonderfulness, which, for the record, is one of the best business development strategies on the planet.

The SWS Book Club will meet two Monday mornings a month. The premise of the Club is Simple - Jennifer Allan-Hagedorn will read a chapter or two or three to you, in her very own voice, from one of her seven books. We are kicking off the Book Club with her latest - The Exceptional Real Estate Agent: Because Competence Gives You Confidence. (click the link to order on Amazon.com).

In the first session, we will cover the introductory material and Chapter One, including "Who is the Best Real Estate Agent You Know?" "What's So Great About Being Exceptional?" "Are Real Estate Services a Commodity?" and "Are You on the Right Flight?" If time permits, we will conclude with the Exceptional Real Estate Agent quiz...

    We hope you enjoy it!

Libertarian Problems and also ACA subsidies

    in Politics Progressive

On the April 23, 2015 episode of Liberal Dan Radio:

Yesterday was Earth Day. To celebrate it I had shared a picture on my facebook wall saying "Happy Libertarian Earth Day" with a picture of a sunken ship and pollution everywhere. This caused a big debate. On many issues I do believe Libertarians have it right (mostly because they agree with liberals). However, in some areas their line of reasoning is flawed and even damaging. Can the invisible hand effectively stop pollution? Does the non aggression principal allow for government regulation?

In the second half I will be discussing King V Burwell. Arguments were made in March to the Supreme Court. I will have on as a guest Todd Haley who was able to get affordable health coverage under the ACA and whose case was brought up by Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Public Policy. Mr. Haley would lose affordable coverage and would be adversely effected by a ruling against subsidies on exchanges that are federally run.
