Police used to be called Peace Officers, and the intention was that they would maintain the peace. Today, the image of Officer Friendly helping a little lost child is long gone. Now social media sites are flooded with cell phone captured images of police brutally beating unarmed citizens into submission as observers watch in horror. This is not normal behavior. Perhaps labeling it as racism and racial profiling is too simplistic. Citizens in countries occupied by American troops abroad have voiced the same accusations of excessive brutality inflicted on citizens in the name of "keeping the peace" but it is this behavior that provokes violent reactions, distrust and hatred for American soldiers. The same distrust and hatred is being expressed toward police in many urban areas where complaints of police brutality seem to have escalated. Does the job of controlling people using the threat of force create emotional distress that leads to excessive aggression? Can it lead an officer to "snap"? How do police department administrators recognize signs of "battle fatigue" in officers and pull them off of street duty? How many complaints of brutality is too many? Should officers be required to undergo periodic psychological examinations

This book is about fake light, Luciferin or Luminsescence Beings of light. PART 3
IN PART THREE WE LOOK AT THE LUMINESCENCE TECHNOLOGY;
Today, scientists and engineers are trying to harness the radiance of living things. Fortunately, the chemistries that produce bioluminescence tend to be relatively simple. A light-emitting protein, dubbed luciferin, typically reacts with oxygen in the presence of an enzyme called luciferase, along with other agents. In contrast to fire and electrically generated light, bioluminesce is "cold light"—the reactions that create this light waste very little energy as heat. This aspect makes the phenomenon useful in sensitive environments, such as the tissues of living beings. It's one reason researchers are now tapping the light of life for medical studies, military weapons systems, and more
This book IS NOT for new believers. This book is NOT FOR the average believer.
THIS BOOK IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN AND ARE BEING LEAD MY THE RUWACH, PNEUMA OR SET APART SPIRIT.
THIS IS BOOK ABOUT LIGHT.......the manipulation of light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Light plays a significant role in the lives of the living beings. During daytime, sun is the most important source of light for all beings. And at night, people use lamps to get light. Yet, some miraculous beings in nature are able to produce their own light in their bodies as a blessing granted by Almighty Allah. At times, this light is so powerful that these animals might be easily detected in the satellite shot photos.
