Why am I having hard time letting go of things that are no longer serving me in my life?
Are we sleep walking? What would it take for you to realize how powerful you are? How many times throughout the day do you ask yourself these questions: what am I doing right now, what am I thinking about right now, how am I feeling right now? Bring yourself to this present moment and wake up your mind. Be conscious of everything you say, everything you do and be conscious of your surroundings. Who is putting to sleep (mentally)? Do you agree with this statement: “The information overload is an increasing problem both in the workplace and in life in general?” Information and knowledge are great things, however too much information can short circuit our everyday life. Here is what I mean: In order for us to benefit from the information that we gather, we need to take the time to process some of this information and we need to pick and choose what serves our lives. Too much information leads to Information Overload!!! As I mentioned before, information can be a good thing, if we can pick and choose what is useful to us and discard the rest. On the contrary we are taking more and more information and we are adding to what we already have and that result is "Information Overload."
With one click on your smart phone, PC and tablets, you have access to massive information. Not to mention media like TV, radio, news...etc.
Information is also involuntarily given to us even when we don't ask for it. So what can we do about it? How can we manage all this information that we have and the information that we continue to receive?
Today, I will share some suggestions to help you manage some of the information you have and I will teach you how to be selective of the information you receive..

Spring is here and Spring-cleaning comes to mind. Today we are talking about Spring-cleaning our lives, letting go, distressing our lives, and organizing our Lives with our great guest Christie Iurato. From the time she can remember, Christie has been transforming spaces everywhere she went. "It's this natural urge I've always had to make any space I'm in clean, clear and less cluttered. When I was a little girl, I remember going into my friends’ rooms and wanting to play organizing as a game! It was so fun for me and still is!” Years later, her friends started asking her to come to their homes and help with kids toys, clothes, kitchens and more and told her she should make a business out of this! Well, Christie took her friends advice seriously and founded her own organizing company in 2003.
Christie has organized and transformed hundreds of homes and offices over the past 10 years, has taken courses on counselling hoarders from Professional Hoarding Expert Cory Chalmers and has developed herself to be able to help people of all situations, backgrounds and diversities. Christie’s approach is very holistic, therapeutic, and helps bring people to a greater level of connection and appreciation for their home, offices and everything in them.
