In 1962, Hitomi was born in a small village named Oozato in the city of Okinawa, Japan. She played basketball in middle school and was very active as a student. Despite her parents’ separation, she was accomplished in academics. She enrolled in Koza high school. Struggling to pay for tuition, she worked. After she graduated from the Koza high school, she attended Kokusai Kankou Gakuen. She learned English. She met her Husband, Kenneth, in 1982. They went back to the States where she gave birth to Kenny. Two years later, the couple moved back to Okinawa. Kenneth was an Air Force Sergeant and was stationed at Kadena Air Force base for four years. She gave birth to Lynn during this time. After the four years of duty, the family moved back to the States where she gave birth to Joshua. She has been a mother of three children, and supported the family. While she was raising three children, she observed society, community, environment and humanity. Hitomi learned English as a second language at Yuba Community College in California. She became interested in English literature. She now enjoys writing and painting. She is currently acquiring an AA degree in Accounting at Ashworth College. Hitomi worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Sunrise Senior Living home in Arizona. Later she was promoted to work for the Renaissance Rehabilitation Center in Arizona.

Today, Santo Stephens serves as the Area Scouting Director for NSR in South Georgia. Santo talks with college coaches on a regular basis and scouts high school athletes on a daily basis. Santo helps athletes find the best scholarship opportunities that meet the athlete's athletic ability and academic interests. Santa played his college career at Temple University and then played in the NFL. He played with the Bengals, Jaguars and the Chiefs.
Larry Perrin joins the show today and he serves as the Director of Football Scouting for NSR. Larry talks with college coaches on a daily basis and has assisted hundreds of athletes over the years. Larry also serves as the Area Director for West Tennesee and North Mississippi and Arkansas for football. Larry played his college ball at Henderson State then was signed as a free agent into the USFL.
Coach Robert Cagle is the regular host for NSR's BlogTalk radio. Coach Cagle has been helping athletes for many years and he has ties to many of the college programs all over the country. Coach Cagle was a USA Today Top 10 Big Man in 1985. He played his college ball at Ole Miss. After his playing career, Coach Cagle served on the recruiting staff. She advocates for 21st century college and career preparedness by providing crucial infrastructure of reading, technology and library/media teachers in every school. Karuna has been trained in the Common Core State Standards and continues to provide professional development workshops for public and private school educators. Her expertise lies in education performance management, school needs assessment, and teacher training with a concentration on Common Core. Her workshops focus on effective educational change through teacher driven discussions, trainings, and data driven planning. She provides teachers with best practices tools on how to generate critical thinking skills. As an adjunct professor, Karuna has taught graduate courses on teacher leadership at the National University, California.
